Often times what is considered within the scope of those terms is fluid and changes due to context

I’ve had/seen comments that could be considered within that scope but was not banned/allowed to free roam

But also the opposite where the slightest transgression can result in a ban

I say this with no intention or agenda

But it seems bias to what ever the moderators believe and is aligned with their belief system

In some servers the mix of moderators is somewhat even and you get a couple per post that end up in a ban unban

So the rules can be interpreted differently per person

If asked/made the argument that the rules are too vague and the lack of effort going into demystifying the rules

The rules have continued to be vague, and then exploited by moderators/companies

A small portion is to allow for bias rulings

But also to limit repercussion from an in accurate ban/suspension

They can label it as a mistake if it’s needed

My question is what is the threshold and common phases that can get you banned?

If avoiding those phrases but it still warrants a ban

What ideas are not allowed

I’ve noticed if you plug out from the internet for at least a year a once approved idea could become one of: “Hate Speech” “Misogyny” “sexism” “racism” e.c.t
