I'm sick of reading about this shit. "We want our half!" - it's only ever half of the cream, they don't want their half of the shit. The reason they don't have half of the top jobs is because it typically takes a lot of hard work to get there. Why work hard when you can just marry a guy who works hard instead? All the benefits without the toil.

Irritating thing is we're seeing quotas for company boards, preferential hiring in STEM, scholarships for women, funding for women's startups, etc. Every conceivable leg up you can give a woman is on offer, and it's still not enough.

Remember there was once an all female company? Look how well that turned out. Fuzzy on the details but it didn’t take that company long to die because all the women wanted to do was fight with each other.

Heres my two cents. Let them. Let them think they are better. Let them hire 50/50 into the company. Let them have women CEOs. Just let them. When their company is slowly tanking and they have "no coue why". Let them argue. Let them fucking tear eachother apart. MGTOWs will know when a ship is sinking and will already be moved on to a more progressive enviornment. The only men that would remain in a company like that would be the blue pillers who worship. If the wage gap was real and women deliver the same - or better - job than men, then why employ men, at all? Just employ 100% women and save tons of money, right?
