There is nothing wrong with being feminine, weak and dependent so long as you are female and aren't using government to beat money out of people in some feigned shit-show of false strength and independence.
A feminine woman is strong, maybe not independent, but any member of a family isn't independent. If a woman wants to go out and prove herself in the world, sure. By all means. But it must be without subsidy at the expense of others. Show us exactly how strong and independent you really are.
A woman subsisting on stolen tax and pseudo-tax funds and heavy-handed, authoritarian government is hardly "stong and independent". She's literally the most dependent, liability of a person imaginable.

I remember George Carlin saying that he laughed when feminists basically dissed lazy, fatass housewives for doing nothing but breeding, but then went on to say, "But, what's the alternative...pointless careerism? It's something I can't get my mind around. I have nothing against strong female roles in movies/ series whatsoever. F.e., Just some examples from the Star Trek series,: Janeway, 7 of 9, Torres, Kira, Dax, the changeling queen and the Borg Queen where characters I highly loved and respected. Yet they all stayed feminine in their roles. I absolutely don't get why nowadays female characters are indeed being portrayed as male loser cucks. Take rotten cheese in Captain Marvel f.e. I mean: what the FF?! That hag has totally managed to destroy the entire MCU! And the MCU had strong female, feminine acting characters in it! Now what sane man wouldn't want to have the "Romanov throw" as a mean of euthanasia when terminally ill? Within the story line very strong and powerful women are no problem. Just give a story back ground of either extreme training, mutation, medical experiment or cyborg enhancement to explain her superior strength and all is perfectly fine by me. But I don't get why the movie producers need to make those women in insufferable hags without any sexuality? What has gotten wrong with movie making?

Ripley was feminine almost mothering with a palpable fear of the alien while still being a believable bad ass. That's the rub with fiction, you can't loose the "suspension of disbelief", once you have lost that the whole movie is toast. Bad movies like SW:TFA I can remember the exact moment the franchise died for me.

You may also notice a trend among the so-called strong female leads to make them nearly invincible "Mary Sue" types.
Then they go about slaughtering others without any real risk to themselves to the point that the mayhem and death they wreak is gratuitous. However, since those that are killed are almost always male it's considered "girl power".
That should give us a clue as to where our society is going as women gain more power and they get to a critical level where no one can oppose them.
