Squats are the best. I hate them, but you can't argue with the gains. Best full body lift. I wish I discovered them earlier in life. Stronglifts 5x5.

Nice. I just have a standard 4 time a week routine. Hit the major muscle groups.

I’ve been plagued with injuries in the past, so now it’s just to stay in shape. No more trying lift The whole gym and become Hercules. I now prefer a trim brad pitt physique. Even tho that’s a long ways away

I have that exact powerblock setup. They were the only adjustables that I could find that went over 45lbs. Nice gym.

I think dumbells are superior to the barbell. So in my opinion you just need a good set of dumbells and a bench. Maybe a bar so you can do pull-ups. But thats it.

With dumbells you can do all sorts of exercises.
