A friend of mine once complained to me about his girlfriend and makeup, She always slaps it on before she leaves the house but takes it off before bed and they have sex. He was upset that the whole world gets to see the 8/10 best version of her while he only gets to have sex with her without the filter on looking like a 5/10 with all the damage heavy makeup does to your skin.

This i why i always say a 7/10 who doesn't wear makeup is worth more than a girl who's 9/10 but always wears makeup.

The funny thing is that women try so hard to make themselves look like plastic dolls, and then they wonder why some guys just end up buying plastic dolls.

Makeup is hardly the only example of this problem: a big problem women have relating with men is that they get all their relationship advice from other women.

I can appreciate a bit of enhancement using makeup, but when step one is to basically completely bury your face in concealer so that you're starting with a blank slate, you're going to end up going very heavy with it.

Also women- men are pigs and dogs who will fuck anything with a pulse

Women- I only wear make up and dress up because it makes me feel good about myself, not for other people

Men- yea it makes you feel good about yourself because your perception of how attractive you are to other people has been enhanced... thus, you wear make up not for yourself but for how you appear to other people...

There is another version of this where the women compliment but also in a silent thought bubble are thinking “good, she’s a clown now, one less to compete with for the king”. women all want to join the kings harem, but they still want exclusivity to the king, so the women sneakily backstab each other in the harem.

My ex sent me a message on Twitter a few weeks ago and she had chosen this gawdy picture of her in full makeup. She dyed her hair red, was wearing thick makeup. I had to resist asking if her clown nose had fallen off.

I'm sure she thought she looked good in it, but it made me laugh and realize good choices have been made.

Honestly, what is it with the clown makeup? I suppose some guys think it is attractive but I find it ridiculous. Along with tattoos. I see these women, with their makeup, tattoos, and nails like talons, and I feel an actual physical revulsion.

My taste when it comes to makeup fluctuates. If your girl is going on a date with you and she doesn't put on makeup puts me off because they're supposed to look good for you. And it's less about the appearance, rather the effort that she puts into it. Just the same as guys who do their hair up, get a clean shave and put on aftershave. It's not for you, it's to show the effort towards your partner and how much you care about them. To be able to say "Yeah, she/he is with me." My ex was one of the few who NEVER wore makeup and it put me off. She was cute but not pretty if that makes sense. A little effort goes a long way.
