Aside from Misery, are there any serious depictions of female on male abuse in movies/tv?

There is an episode of the classic Canadian program Da Vinci's Inquest that does.

It's Season 2, Episode 5: "His Wife." A man's wife dies after a fall down the basement stairs. The man seems to be lying about it in some way, and the detectives assume the lie is that he himself killed her.

Ultimately, however, the revelation is that he had been abused by her for years and had learned that, invariably, no one would believe him. Endless calls to the police had found him to blame or had found that no crime had occurred. His method of coping, at last, was to simply not speak of it. He breaks down when telling the detectives this.

It's subtle but gratifying, and it has stuck with me as being an extremely rare perspective.

ETA: It occurs to me I should add that, in the story, the man didn't murder his wife. She was drunk, attacked him with her usual feeling of impunity, and tripped, falling down the stairs.

Jet Boy...sort of. It's about a young boy whose mom sells him into prostitution to fuel her drug addiction. She dies of an overdose pretty early on though and the rest of the movie is about him recovering.

I was watching a movie just the other day about two women who drugged men and ate them. I saw it on Netflix but I can not remember the name, sorry.

There's lot of them from Something to Talk About to Game of Thrones to Friends.

But it's not treated as abuse - it's comedy or "revenge" porn. Revenge is in quotes because even though he hasn't deserved it it's treated like he deserves it. You know: you look nice this morning, she pauses, then punches him in the face and makes a feminist quip to a laugh track.
