It’s devastating to think of a student being unable to walk around campus without having to risk being traumatized by reminders of her rape. But restricting a totally innocent student from walking around campus because he looks like the person who raped her is obviously unacceptable.

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to yet again be a harsh and cynical bastard because these people deserve it for the amount of lives they try to ruin. If she really feels this way she is the one who should not be on campus, she should be seeing a therapist. That's assuming this is actually all true and it's not some deranged moron who got pissy with this guy or tried to get his attention and failed and decided to make it all up instead and it's depressing that I even have to think about these victims like that in this day and age.

You do not get to restrict other peoples' rights because of your feelings, someone needs to fucking say this and If I have to make enemies because of this so be it. Thanks to feminism it wouldn't surprise me if some really nasty and manipulative fuckers who had genuinely bad and horrific experiences try to use what they went through as a way of getting what they want because they've seen how easy it is for people to even fake it to these university administrations.

Western society has a serious problem with constantly coddling and catering to manipulative dirtbags while ignoring genuine victims.

I guess a silver lining would be the lack of student debt and financial troubles he will have once he sues the school for millions as there isn't even a female packed Jury that wouldn't agree that this is absolute bullshit.
