I never considered that, but holy cow is it a good idea. This is something that impacts the driver's life for a long time. Since the woman has a tendency to abuse the system for whatever her gain is, she should be on a list, if not the list.

I think a fair punishment would involve a lifetime garnishment of 20% of every penny she OR anyone who marries her makes.

Uh, do these cases actually have any big ramifications, or is this simply two guys getting falsely accused of something?

A couple years back, a crazy guy apparently high on meth killed a cab driver in Chicago (stealing his cab and running over him twice, I believe). The friends of the (alleged) murderer set up a website to generally malign the murdered man and to seek out information suggesting he was hot-tempered and that the murderer had been acting in self-defense (by running over a guy lying on the ground).

If you're really upset about cab drivers getting falsely accused, get upset about this case.
