I've been thinking, In the US Female Circumcision is illegal but Male Circumcision isn't (the Female Genital Mutilation Act 1996), but that (to my knowlege) only covers biological females. I suggest we point this out to the "Sex is a social construct" crowd as a way to push for a ban on Male Circumcision
is order
Y Means Yes to previous question N Means no to previous question
1: "since the law only covers the FGM of biological females, shouldn't we abolish it for being transphobic?"
2Y: "So would this new law also cover the genital mutilation of all biological males? As any of them may be future trans women"
3YY: That's our goal
3YN: "Why're you denying future trans-women's rights?"
2N: "So then trans-women aren't real women or are they just undeserving of the same rights as biological women?"

So in states that don't have state fgm laws, is fgm legal now?
