I don't know about Sweden and Finland but UK rape legislation is written in such a way that only men can rape. You need to penetrate somebody without permission with a penis for it to be rape. A woman can only sexually assault a man. A charge that can carry a similar sentence but never does.

Hang on. Just realised that under new gender recognition a transwoman with a penis can rape. Well I suppose that's an advance.....of sorts.
