Jobs should be earned based on experience in said field. Not by gender. There should no quota of any race or gender. When you overlook a qualified person because a quota said so. You lose quality in work.

Also Them: “Let’s make a law to help women cause they aren’t succeeding.”

If you aren’t a damsel in distress then why do you insist on getting special “dainty” treatment cause you’re so fragile?

If there are going to be quotas they should go both ways. Of course we know they won’t.
