I'm grateful for my dad, who is currently making me a spice rack! I've outgrown my current spice rack and the overflow tray I've been using, and now I'm getting a custom one built by my brilliant father. I'm so excited I could do backflips. He's such a good dad. Also his relentless pursuit of his creative outlet of choice is really inspiring to me.
I'm grateful for my SO's work ethic. He's balancing so many challenges and opportunities right now and it's just incredible. I'm reading FW right now and it's helping me really appreciate just how hard he works. He's amazing. Also he's been working really hard in the gym and those muscles omggggg
I'm grateful to my parents' gym for letting me come in with my mom and hop on a treadmill for an hour! :)

My husband was so lovely today, we had a long drive and we ended up talking about wanting another baby, and I'm pretty much convinced it is right. He said if we had a giant house and there was no worries about pregnancy and stuff, he'd probably be happy to have kids til he couldn't keep up with them, and that he thought I was a good mom (but more eloquently and thoughtfully than that).
The lady who praised my daughter's singing of Rudolf the red nosed reindeer at the supermarket, such a little thing but it made her super happy!
Living in a time of peace and mostly relative luxury, I talked to my husband's grandmother yesterday (87 so born just in the great depression), and she had tears in her eyes saying how much the children have and how lucky they are. I know there are still very poor people, but compared to the past we're very lucky in a lot of ways.

I'm having a very hard time feeling grateful today, so I've been sitting here staring at this page for over an hour now trying to think of the right things to write. So, I'll give it a shot.

1.) I'm grateful for my SO's family, who gifted us many nice things but most notably the nicest sheets I've ever slept in plus a really nice down comforter.

2.) This is going to sound really stupid, but I'm actually really grateful for r/the_donald - I realized this last night while I was lying in bed unable to sleep, but just scrolling through there and browsing all of the optimistic posts gives me hope for the world and makes things feel better even when I'm unsettled.

3.) I'm grateful for my SO's encouragement of me trying new things, and his suggestion that I try busking while we're in Amsterdam. I'm happy I have that to look forward to.

I'm grateful that my SO encourages me when I don't have confidence in myself. He has this way of just pointing out the obvious that really motivates me. He really is a great person to be around.
I'm grateful for my family. I am usually the one who likes to bring us all together but lately my sister has been stepping up to pulling us all in for events. It has been nice!
I am grateful for my new sponsor. I am really nervous about all the work that she is going to have me do but really, I need to get it done.

I'm grateful for my husband's introverted nature. Since he's INTJ and I'm INFJ, we both need our alone time at home to recharge, and it's even more obvious during the holidays. That means we both like to keep the partying to a minimum. :)
I'm grateful for my in-laws and my parents, who invited us for dinner, gave us amazing gifts, and with whom we had a great time!
I'm grateful for my husband's driving skills. We had to drive back home during a very intense freezing rain, and he managed to bring us home safe and sound.

I'm grateful for having such an amazing SO. He doesn't take any sh*t from me when I'm being dramatic without a reason, but he can also be so kind and understanding when I'm genuinely upset about something.
I'm grateful for my SO's family, especially his parents. They're really kind and they always try to include me in family events.
I'm really gratefull for the support of my big (half)brother.
