Swallowing the Pill changes you considerably. In the past four months I've noticed so many changes in myself. Most of them are trivial and specific to me but one big change that I noticed is related to the topic of this post. All members who have just swallowed the Pill, this is important.

I'll Do it Later In my college days, I was your AFC and needless to say I was a very low energy person with hardly any capacity to do productive work.Whatever energy was available to me was spent on omegle.com and porn in meaningless conversations with random strangers. When it came to work, I was a champ at coming up with excuses on how to avoid it. The most common one was - "I'll do it later".

The Gym The Gym not only aligned my body with my mind but also it bridged the gap between theory and action. You do not stand in front of a barbell and theorize that you should pick it up, you do it now or the moment is gone. You can't sit in a corner and write about benefits of squats and be happy with the article you wrote, you go and do it. However, before you enter the gym you need to know your true intentions- if you are in it for just looking pretty then iron will brutally punish you and you'll revert back to your former life even more quickly than you thought. However, if you are in it to change your life for good then iron will punish you to make you strong like itself. This iron will not only forge your body but also your mind. For example, let's say you're bench pressing at 5kgs and want to increase it. Your rational mind will come up with many reasons why that's a bad idea but if you've been working out sincerely you will have a mindset to try it out first and then see it for yourself whether you can or you cannot.

Putting it all together I've just given you two examples of two radically different lifestyles. However, I'm not a believer of arcane philosophies which have little to no use in daily life, hence I'm going to give you three simple words which you can repeat to yourself when you feel like procrastinating- "Do it Now" .

Feel free to discuss my ideas. Criticisms are welcome.
