Summary

When holding frame, there is no room for embarrassment. When you possess true confidence, there is no need for awkwardness.

Body

Embarrassment and awkwardness go hand in hand. When holding frame, you should feel neither, as all exchanges are happening on your terms. I fully believe that embarrassment and awkwardness are a choice. They're uncomfortable and they make you look weak. When you're perceived as weak, people lose respect for you. Since women are looking for someone better than them, painting a picture of weakness in their head is the fastest way to procure a ticket for the 'next' train.

Let me use myself as an example. I'm somewhat of a goofy guy. Instead of resenting my goofiness, I act as if it's the most natural thing in the world. I was once eating lunch with 8 people (5 girls 3 boys) when I knocked over my water. The angle of the nudge transformed the table above my pants into a veritable waterfall. Most people in that situation would freak out, not wanting to get wet, but even moreso, not wanting to look bad. I, however, merely sat there and watched with an exaggeratedly puzzled look as I let the rest of the water spill onto me. The entire table was in stitches. I then wiped up what I could of the mess, got up, and refilled my cup as if nothing happened. No one tried to make fun of me for having 'peed my pants', because after that display it was clear that such a comment would do little to faze me.

When you choose to not get embarrassed, you are choosing to be powerful. Small mistakes and random mishaps don't shake you. You are the rock in the river (of water spilling on your pants). Women love this, as you all know if you've read Red Pill theory. This can all be boiled down to Hold Frame, but I felt it was worth pointing out that holding frame is not just about withstanding whatever she throws at you. It's about withstanding whatever life throws at you.

Lessons Learned

Holding frame is about dealing with life. Women are just a part of life. Choose not to get embarrassed or feel awkward when unfortunate things happen. It will increase your SMV and your overall happiness.

Edit: A thing I forgot to say is that just because you're never embarrassed doesn't mean that you're never wrong. Openly admitting that you made a mistake without acting as though it depreciated your value makes your value go up. If you nakedly address your weaknesses through the frame of amused mastery, it can work to your benefit.
