TL;DR

Be the Forbidden Fruit, don't be afraid of making enemies, and talk other people up rather than down when they get mentioned.

Body

Women strive to go after mystery and the forbidden. The same how you will see girls fall head over heels in love with the guy her parents forbade her from seeing in HighSchool, girls will chase after the guy her orbiters are calling a douchebag.

This leads to 2 things you should be aware of in social interactions with women.

1.) if you're talking shit and taking your insecurities out on other guys she will notice and not only put you in the category of orbiter to her but you also just helped out the guy you're talking about. And from their you can kiss your chances goodbye.

2.) Theirs a saying that if you have enemies you're doing something right, as you stay on your own path not being shaken by other people you will make enemies. This is nothing to be afraid of. You'll find people you've never even spoken to will hate you for seemingly no reason and the irony of it is that you'll find out about this through the women you fuck. And you'll begin to notice that they actually did you a favor by talking about you because it just seemed to captivate the girl rather then repulse her. I don't listen to rap but whoever said "haters make us famous" knew this god damn well and they're a genius.

Lessons learned

So my advice to you all is to never scoop to beta level by complaining and shaming other men but rather only speak good things about dudes. Not only will people respect you for the fact that you don't talk shit, but they'll trust you for it, and they will be more likely to do you favors, as well as they won't run off with the people you actually do dislike.

And don't be afraid of the enemies you make, as you will find they are harmless and just envious of you.
