I've made it a goal to start giving back and contribute more as I've seen this sub begin to produce better and better content once again. I've been in it for 2 years and its been the time of my life.

First this i want you to do is to change how you think. Don't think you don't need learn something because its useless. I see allot of people turning away from outer game and going to inner. Which is great, it's a great thing to see the community shifting focus to 80% of seduction, which is self improvement. And you will see the most improvement comes from this area, but outer game will make a huge difference once you develop yourself to a stronger, more confident man. And don't think that you don't need to learn something because you already know it. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten a huge insight from a post that seemed almost irrelevant to me. For example, of your having a great read, dont skim the texting part because you think your texting game is the best check it out.

Find your strengths and make them stronger. Write down 10 attractive things about you and rock them.

Build routines. Have things set that you do on the clock, every day. Things to schedule are waking up, going to sleep, lifting, practicing an instrument, running, working out, singing, listening to comedy, reading, etc. Also an old school trick i really recommend more on the pickup spectrum of building routines is come up with 10 stories to tell when conversation gets low. They can be as in detail as you want. They can be simple bulletins -bro gets drunk in vegas Or a long intricate story with some planned stuff. What ever suits you.

Get motivated. I never had a wing, but getting into an online group of people you know with the same goals of you will help just as much.

Finally ill give you the biggest. The 3 second rule, when you see an attractive girl, you have to approach. A key word in that phrase is rule. Always be following, don't question the 3 second rule, just do it. No matter if your learning guitar, or practicing for a marathon, trying to get ripped you have you do it often.

The 3 second rule is the pua equivalent of this, you don't need to go out every day. Just open any girl that catches your eye with this, don't think, just do. You'll be amazed that you did it no matter what happens.
