I think I'm going to switch the voice in my head to Hulk Hogan's voice (kind of like choosing Siri's accent on your iPhone). It's really motivating in the manliest way possible.

I normally like stuff like this being taken down but this has to stay up for posterity

For sers, The Macho Man Randy Savage is the only true TRP spirit animal.
The macho man never died, they just uploaded transcripts of his interviews into a bot and called it /u/gaylubeoil : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klGRVTTntoI

It is pretty funny how dudes talk about lifting on here like it makes them special in some way. I've lifted since I was 15. I'll never not lift. But the emphasis on here sounds like it's coming from dudes who didn't pick up a weight until they were 30 and now they have to preach about lifting like they are the patron saint of lifting. Lifting doesn't make you an Alpha. Everybody fuckin lifts nowadays. It doesn't really set you apart that much anymore. Lifting is a mandatory thing, like breathing. It's about the other shit now. Are you sacrificing children? Are you drinking your own semen for optimal gains? That's real Alpha shit right there brother.

~16% of Americans have a gym membership. Of those that do, 44% visit that gym 100 times in a year (actually committed to fitness). I got tired of looking for statistics, but let's conservatively estimate that 50% of those people actually lift weights as opposed to mess around on various cardio machines. Of those that lift weights, let's conservatively estimate that 60% actually use weights with technique good enough to get results. Of those that do that, let's estimate, conservatively, that 60% will eat right, program right, rest right, train hard enough, and don't suffer fuck-around-itis. So, conservatively, .16*.44*.5*.6*.6 = 0.013. So, being extremely generous, 1.3% of the entire country is actually Lifting instead of jerking themselves off by "being active". Then consider you're on an internet forum where beta nerds go to learn why their l33t calculus skillz and being a doormat weren't making the ladies tingle. So that's why lifting is the number one piece of advice, because as obvious as it is, no one is doing it. Obviously you lifting since you were 15 is a really common experience for people, right?

As an athlete yes it's pretty common to start lifting when you're around 15. Maybe I have just lifted for so long that it's just who I am. I don't feel like I'm special because of lifting but I do realize that I'm bigger and more muscular than most guys. Still I don't believe lifting Alone makes you a part of some elite club. Not even close. Lifting is pretty mandatory for me but I can only speak for myself. Lifting is awesome and I think everyone should do it. Don't get your panties in a bunch man. I live in South Florida by the way. The numbers are different here. People are much more into lifting and health around here.

Huge shit post made shittier by the fact that you nominated Hogan. Everyone and their grandma who knows anything about pro-wrestling knows that the most RP wrestler is the BIG BAD BOOTY DADDY, BIG POPPA PUMP SCOTT STEINER.
