I don't think it really helps TRP to waste time labelling people as alphas or betas. Let's concentrate on particular behaviors.

Tesla's name will cover the Earth in the next 20-60 years. I think we'll slowly forget who Thomas Edison was and will be taught less and less about him in school. It's funny, I remember reading a quote from Tesla that when something along the lines of, "Let the future tell the truth, and evaluate each one according to his work and accomplishments. The present is theirs; the future, for which I have really worked, is mine."
He also said, "I do not think you can name many great inventions that have been made by married men."
Beta? Maybe. Genius? Unquestionable.
[–]Solipsistic_guy2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
What about Omega ? Someone who's an outcast in general. Alpha and beta are both integrated into the society but omegas are not. I doubt Tesla was either being the recluse he was.
I think that the reason Omega is scarcely used on this sub is because if you're in this category you lose the dating game automatically.
An Omega can certainly become an intelligent Alpha though. He needs to learn how to be social and lift etc.

Tesla was a Beta
Most of the greatest men in history were "beta".

Newton did not get married. Neither has Gen. Mattis. Many high IQ people choose not to engage with women. He may have provided these 'reasons' for not engaging because he knew that the information was going to be made public. I suspect that his communication gap with those base creatures may have been the true source for his dislike of them.
Tesla was famous in his day, and not lacking in female attention.
[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You know what's funny? I still have infinitely more respect for tesla's contributions than any chad on this subreddit.
Edit: And if you don't you're a base creature with shit for brains.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/2017/08/24/3700-year-old-babylonian-tablet-rewrites-history-maths-could/
A 3,700-year-old clay tablet has proven that the Babylonians developed trigonometry 1,500 years before the Greeks and were using a sophisticated method of mathematics which could change how we calculate today.
The tablet, known as Plimpton 332, was discovered in the early 1900s in Southern Iraq by the American archaeologist and diplomat Edgar Banks, who was the inspiration for Indiana Jones.
The true meaning of the tablet has eluded experts until now but new research by the University of New South Wales, Australia, has shown it is the world’s oldest and most accurate trigonometric table, which was probably used by ancient architects to construct temples, palaces and canals.
However unlike today’s trigonometry, Babylonian mathematics used a base 60, or sexagesimal system, rather than the 10 which is used today. Because 60 is far easier to divide by three, experts studying the tablet, found that the calculations are far more accurate.
Tesla watched as the world was descending into the Blue Pill mythology we live in today.
He literally was so disgusted by where the Blue Pill was headed he wanted nothing to do with it.
He was a true MGTOW.
Tesla was a slave to no one.
To be a beta you are a slave... that's the definition.
The guy spent the second half of his life not working for anyone.
He "retired" by 40 years old.
No woman was ever dominant over him... he was a truly "free man".
Freedom is never bad.
[–]Sumsar011 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Base 60 is worthless today. You dont use and abacus anymore. Calculators don't care what base your in and it wont help ud find primes.
[–]NeoreactionSafe0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Well the value was that you did things without dealing with π.
It's interesting in that it's more evidence that over the course of time we have lost knowledge.
The world has been a sequence of Dumb and Dumber eras that would then have periods of The Enlightenment.
We are in the Blue Pill mythology Dumb and Dumber period now... a declining era... and it began around 1900.
[–]WithQueso 1 points1 points1 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
he was a truly "free man"
I don't think free men are supposed to be bitter about life, he seemed bitter in his quotes to me.
He loved the birds and lived a very nice second half of his life enjoying things in New York.
Often he was invited to fancy dinners.
It was pretty good I think....

Across the entire spectrum everything went down hill rapidly after 1900.
Physics - Cause and Effect discarded.
Politics - Authoritarian brainwashing of fascism or communism.
Religion - They ignore female nature.
Music - The death of melody.
Elections - Women allowed to vote.
Everything started going deeper into Blue Pill mythology after 1900.
[–]Sumsar011 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Gtfo cause and effect havent been discarded in physics.
[–]NeoreactionSafe-1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Actually it was necessary.
Physics decided to not be concerned with "Causes" and instead create elaborate math to focus exclusively on "Effects".
This is why only 5% of the observed universe matches Quantum physics.
The error was rooted in a decision going back to around 1900.
Religious faith is required to believe in the hoped for Dark Matter and Dark Energy.
Should we pray for it or does that make you uncomfortable?
[–]Sumsar010 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
All observable matter in the universe matches with QM and there is nothin religious about QM at all. It's actually mostly a closed chapter we are on to the likes of QED, QCD and QFT.
Dark matter arises from the observational data of galaxies not fitting into Newton's laws/GR and since MOND haven't been able to fix the problem the conclusion must still be that there is more matter than we observe.
Dark Energy arises from Einstein's field equations and the acceleration observed in redshift.

tell me about the death of melody
[–]NeoreactionSafe2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melody
The true goal of music—its proper enterprise—is melody. All the parts of harmony have as their ultimate purpose only beautiful melody. Therefore, the question of which is the more significant, melody or harmony, is futile. Beyond doubt, the means is subordinate to the end.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lullaby
Lullabies tend to share exaggerated melodic tendencies, including simple pitch contours, large pitch ranges, and generally higher pitch.[4] These clarify and convey heightened emotions, usually of love or affection. When there is harmony, infants almost always prefer consonant intervals over dissonant intervals. Furthermore, if there is a sequence of dissonant intervals in a song, an infant will usually lose interest and it becomes very difficult to regain its attention.[5] To reflect this, most lullabies contain primarily consonant intervals. Tonally, most lullabies are simple, often merely alternating tonic and dominant harmonies.
So music went from melody, to lullaby and finally (today) to just beat structures.
Dumb and Dumber here we go, where it ends nobody knows.
[–]aanarchist0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
beat structures like that dubstep bullshit u mean. i think where it ends is singular tones that just play monotonously and have that be a source of stimulation for people. i can't imagine the level of retardation a human has to fall to for that though.
[–]NeoreactionSafe0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Once you understand music it gives you a sick feeling seeing people Dumbed Down to such a low point.
One wonders just how stupid they can make everything before people wake up?
Geez.. if you watch television now the stupidity being acted out is so off the charts as to make you wonder if there are actually people who aren't uncomfortable with it.
Can you even imagine being that stupid?
It's mindblowing... just how far can the Blue Pill mythology be pushed?
[–]aanarchist-2 points-1 points0 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
people always tell me to stop being so serious when i raise concerns over some of the retarded shit people say and do, both in person and the things on the shows. i'm like well i kind of have standards for myself, like i expect any sane person to have for themselves. i've seem some things and i'm like what the fuck is this like this can't be entertaining for anyone except someone with downs it's flat out retardery. it's fun to laugh at for a little while like amused mastery style but eventually i'll want to do something more stimulating. the worst part is how children and adults both like to emulate the things they see on the screen so it in turn dumbs them down, they become walking memes like some people i've seen have literally nothing original to say talking to them is like listening to a youtube highlights montage.
can you share some resources about good music and melodies i'm kinda curious about it now.
Being into German festivals I like German folk music.
They retain the melodies of the 1800's.
Volksmusik can be the original or the modern and increasingly corrupted form.
I prefer the more original.
Anything used for the Nazi era I avoid. (no marching music)

I disagree. While it does appear that he had mgtow tendencies, it sounds to me like he placed "soft, feminine" women on a pedestal... And when that didn't work out for him, he eventually gave up on chasing skirts all together and put the blame on the de-feminization of "modern" women. I think his mgtow stance was generated by his bp worship of, and lack of success with, women. And yeah I'm basing that off a few third hand quotes.
[–]NeoreactionSafe1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
He was no fool that's for sure.
And he was not a slave. (so clearly not beta... which requires slavery)
So you can call that whatever you want, but that's what he was.
He lived his life making his connection with Truth the highest pleasure.
Not all people value hedonism as the greatest form of experience.
Think of fat people... they are hedonists... do you respect that more?
Sexual hedonism is not all that different than being hooked on food.
Addictions tend to rule people... even for Tesla... he had a "Truth addiction".

[–]NeoreactionSafe1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

It means you look "up" to women.
Tesla was beta when a young man but wised up and became Red Pill later in life.
Tesla did not look "up" to women.

Beta is the weaker man of the 2. Not a slave. You're confusing BP and beta.
Beta is the slave.
It's central to the entire Red Pill understanding.
I'm not going to change the meaning based on your input.

trp glorifies hedonism pretty hard. so was truth addiction necessarily a bad thing or what.
[–]NeoreactionSafe2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
The addiction to Truth can be seen as the highest ideal.
In a sense "consciousness" is itself wanting to wake up.
The Gnostics based everything on this... which was why the "Globalist Tyranny" of it's day killed them off.
Being awake has been a crime forever.
Truth will always be the enemy of the control system.
It's because all control systems are based on Dumbing Down the slaves.
The funny thing is the "Tyranny" is always killing off the Truth but it always pops back up again.
You can't murder Truth... it reawakens despite every attempt to erase it.
[–]aanarchist1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago* (3 children) | Copy Link
i believe that seeking truth is one of the things you can consider to be true human nature. i think of a child and how it asks an endless amount of questions until it finally gets the answer 'i don't know', and then the best of them will seek their own answers from there. that's even part of the unity consciousness is the child, the spirit, the real life action, is that of an explorer who seeks truth and knowledge. it's honestly the only thing i've ever found to be truly worthwhile about living on this earth, the one thing that doesn't get boring and you always, always come back to, the thing that doesn't even come with diminishing returns because truth and knowledge are eternal, there is no end goal it's like the vastness of space. even if it's some simple activity you're going to explore that thing and incorporate it into your consciousness until you're satisfied and even when you're done you'll find something else and do the same with that. to kill human consciousness entirely, to kill off curiosity, to kill truth in the human, you are literally killing the child in a spiritual manner, to kill the child is to kill life itself.
it's why even the most brain dead order followers will beat the shit out of their kids, abuse them verbally, physically, sexually, you name it, but they will not kill the child because that would be to destroy life itself and they know there is no future without the child. for the tyranny to truly win the fight and gain the control they seek, they would have to dump nukes on the entire planet and kill everyone on earth including themselves. they want to be gods, power over life and death, the only power they can ever have over it is to decide to end all of it forever, return everything to the void. i don't think any of them would ever have the balls to do something like that if it meant them dying too[i wonder if that's what people committing suicide have in mind is the only expression they feel they have over their world, the only control they have, is to decide to end it since to live is to experience chaos of one form of another]. even then life will sprout up on some other planet that's ready for it. i hear there's plenty of signs of life on mars before something killed it. venus has a runaway greenhouse effect meaning it surely had life until something bad happened there. when i stop and think about it from an esoteric standpoint, venus is the female and mars is the male energy gone to either extreme. mars is over control which leads to a barren world which in a monotone sense could be considered the psychopathic controller's vision of order or monotony, venus is a lack of control which leads to the atmosphere becoming wild to the point of being uninhabitable, which is a metaphor for the whore of babylon, since a man can't really do anything with her since she's not really anything resembling a woman anymore, just a wild beast. the earth, the third planet, the third way, the middle of the two extremes. we're supposed to be the ones who get it right and who find that balance. discipline and not letting either way become too dominant is really hard at the end of the day, like you really have to commit to it. i can understand a need for a secret society like it's something few people can really understand let alone follow through with. trp can circle jerk all they want over how they want to be alphas and have their peepees validated by babylonian whores, and how that somehow gives their life value, but at the end of the day i think the people who are truly awake will have to come together and realize that if they want the middle path to survive for their species, for their species to survive, they have to let go of the people who choose either path that leads to death. it really might be time to start thinking about space colonies.
trp can circle jerk all they want over how they want to be alphas and have their peepees validated by babylonian whores, and how that somehow gives their life value, but at the end of the day i think the people who are truly awake will have to come together and realize that if they want the middle path to survive for their species
We are in a bind because we have to attract the beta males with this "lowest common denominator" hedonistic shit then carefully get them to wake up and begin to see the bigger picture.
Just like in the Matrix within the Red Pill we have our "Agents":
https://merovee.files.wordpress.com/2010/08/agentsmith2.jpg
...who were either consciously put into the system or they came here due to their own brainwashing but either way they act as "Agents" to limit how much awakening occurs.
A little bit of waking up is "good" for the Matrix because as long as we have to fight the "Agents" we can't move things along.
So yeah... the Red Pill have it's "Agents" who are here to prevent too much real thinking from emerging.
I often wonder if these people are paid and if so how much?
The Antifa guys get paid $20 an hour.
If we have "Agents" they might be able to live off it as their only paycheck.

considering the number of guys that are literally monetizing trp as their sole source of income, i'd say you're more than on to something. how many dudes in the manosphere are selling tshirts and books and generating all kinds of ad revenue on their blogs etc. i know plenty of dudes men and women outside the manosphere who give little droplets of red pill wisdom as they sell their products to people and have people literally worship them as gods. it's why i firmly believe that if you're going to want to monetize being a red pill educator it should be on a donations only basis, not by putting up a paywall. that's the very definition of restricting the ability to gather knowledge, knowledge is freedom, it should be free for one and all. on the other hand the number of people that are hopelessly addicted to the idea of money won't want to read a book or listen to a speaker unless they paid thousands of dollars upfront for it, because if he's charging it must be better than what someone's willing to share with you for free. it's like keeping up with the joneses where someone wants to buy the bigger tv because it costs more and makes them feel special for having paid so much for it. the idea of people still operating this way even with a red pill awareness is maddening. it's like i literally need to become like neo where i can destroy the agent with a single touch, rip apart the fabric of 'reality' in front of people's very eyes. that's how far one has to go with their game to truly beat the system.
And you know for a fact the "deep state" has their eyes on us as they do on anything that is even slightly awake.
My guess is we have "Agents" who are paid to keep the Red Pill focused on getting laid and not any more than that.
The logic being that while these boys are focusing on sexual hedonism the Globalist Tyranny will grind away towards it's goals.
If the Red Pill is kept "Dumbed Down" then it's actually to the benefit of the Globalist Tyranny becasuse it directs energy away from them.
You can tell very quickly who the "Agents" are... they stick out as rather obvious to me, but I'm very alert to that sort of thing.

most truly free men are choosing not to procreate since the women are ultimately a form of slavery for him, so we have a situation where a hell on earth is being created, is already here in fact, and the free men are simply saying this world does not deserve my effort, my energy. they're choosing to simply let their essence pass on to the next plane and forsaking this one. even as a man who has a naturally dominant type a personality, i've yet to meet one woman who i could stand for more than a few months. to have a family and children without ejecting the woman from the equation shortly after she gives birth would be a great personal sacrifice on my part, and it would be a potential danger to the mental and emotional health, to the freedom of the children. that's how bad the situation is. it's not going to change until women's suffrage goes away and i think that's what the right needs to start pushing for, if any good long term change is to happen on this earth. power has to be given back to the male gender.
...even as a man who has a naturally dominant type a personality, i've yet to meet one woman who i could stand for more than a few months.
This is so true.
The Blue Pill mythology attacks BOTH sides and makes the males confused based on fantasy and the women distorted by their vice which is the attraction to the "Whore of Babylon" philosophy.
What you end up with is a loss of Attraction.

Lessons learned:
when dealing with women having a genius level intelligence (he supposed to have 200+ IQ) is worthless without RP principles or at least basic game concepts.
voluntary celibate is not going to dramatically help you in your life.
having good excuses for not pursuing women will make you even more miserable b/c self-deception is not a long term solution.
quotemining is low effort imitative technique without backing it up with insights that go beyond the quote itself. Paraphrasing a quote is not an insight. Nor is saying it using different words.
[–]Hitleresque0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Irrelevant, he wasn't really interested in women or anything besides his work. It's not as if he was out getting rejected night after night at early 20th Century version of clubs. Intelligence is not worthless, it's just that the more intelligent you are the less likely you are to build your life around how many women you can sleep with, and that's not a bad thing in my opinion.
Depends on what you mean by 'help'. Not placing any focus whatsoever on the opposite sex definitely helped him accomplish his work.
It seems like you're implying Tesla was made miserable because he never pursued women and I think that's incorrect. He was miserable because life is full of misery, moreso the more intelligent you are. It's a curse. So for example, what do you mean by solution? Solution to what exactly? Happiness? Who said life was about happiness and what makes you think being successful with women alone will make you happy? There is much more to life than pursuing women, and it shouldn't be the ultimate motivator on the path of self-improvement, your self is by very definition. Ignoring the pursuit of women to focus on your work as Tesla did was probably the correct move for him given what he accomplished in the end.

Assumption as good as "he could have achieved even more if the had a wife to support him".
So for example, what do you mean by solution? Solution to what exactly?
Any form of self-deception will spill out to the other areas of your life or personality.

What conclusions?
That's fine, but he wasn't playing chess was he? You're assuming he was playing your version of the game of life, when he wasn't, he was playing his, and he won.
Perhaps if he had wanted that. Most men marry because they want to because they see some value in it. If he didn't it's because he didn't want to. Tesla wasn't the type of man to not achieve his goals, that's evident in his work.
How was he deceiving himself exactly? You're saying I'm making assumptions but as far as I can tell the only person assuming things is you because you're trying to fit Tesla's actions into your preconceived assumptions of what life is "supposed" to be about.
[–]KR4FE0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Dude, his brain worked on an entirely different way than yours. The more intelligent you are the less you'll care about following primal impulses, such as sexual ones, and external validation. I don't think he was a beta, just different, just like his philosophy and his needs.
I don't know you but I'd rather be a "beta" like Tesla than the ultimate Chad, the world needs more Tesla's, but it couldn't care less about having more Chads.
He really was a great inventor. But why should we listen to him when he's talking about women? Or money, wealth etc? I would argue that if you're very successful in one specific area, you have less experience in all other areas because your focused area should in one way or another take all your time or you wouldn't be so successful in the first place. There will always be some % of people who think celebrities can talk just about anything just because they're famous (Authority bias). Start thinking with your own head ffs.
Nonetheless, he was a genius in his own field and I respect his work.
Don't compare exceptionally intelligent human beings to people who make a living from doing things a borderline retard could do. Extremely intelligent people can see things you'll never be able to and come to realizations you'd never get to.
Of course that kind of people being able to do those things doesn't mean they will, since intelligence is just one of the factors playing into reasoning, however they have the potential to get there so they should always be listened to, although always very carefully.
Anyway, we're not equal. Your brain works on a different way than Tesla's did, so it's true you don't have the same qualities or needs than he did and on top of that he didn't live in the environment you live in (he didn't talk about the women in your environment, but in his). What made him happy might be your worst nightmare.
