So I've been reading TRP for awhile now and speaking to multiple girls to basically "experiment" on them. For some background, I was never someone who was in desperate need of TRP, because beforehand, I agreed with all of the ideologies stated; but it simply revealed much more to me.

So for the actual report. I was speaking to a girl I talked to in my past (we stopped talking because she was inauthentic and crazy) and pretty quickly we discussed how we had an interest in each other. We weren't dating but merely "talking" and for the first week, it went well. Then out of left field, she started acting inauthentic again (big surprise). She would ignore me, and we'd rarely talk out of school. Also she'd say how busy she always is, yet always be hanging out with her friends. I noticed she was 3 different people: Her with over text, her alone, and her infront of her friends.

My fatal flaw was not ghosting at the sign of major disrespect. I let her lie to me and continue these actions and only gave her a "stern talking to." I became emotionally attached because at the first sign of a woman liking me, I jumped (as if the world isn't filled with women). I knew what I was doing wrong, yet I continued to do it. In the end I tweaked even more by wasting my time telling her off, which is an even more beta thing to do.

My advice is to not let any women thinking they "have" you. When a women detects emotional attachment, they then know they have the ability to manipulate you. Also remember there are plenty of options when it comes to women. When you begin to settle for lesser, thats when your self-esteem becomes less also. I let a girl who was at most a 6 or 7 on looks waste my time and distract me, when in all reality, a girl who is a 10 shouldnt even be able to do that. Be concious of TRP advice at all times, and listen to it, because the stuff is really true.

Edit: Remember, when this was all going on I was aware of TRP ideologies. Honestly it was weird as fuck. Whole time I was thinking "she is going to take advantage of your affection" "Stop doing what you're doing, chump" but I still did it. It was like an out of body experience for me in a way. I was clearly aware of the situation and my error, but continued anyway. You can be your own worst enemy at times guys. This is not a pity post, merely a warning. Do not let your guard down.
