So there isnt even a peer reviewed article out in this trail and it was done with 38 males suffering from libido problems and not even with red light. So i wouldnt take it to seriusly. But maybe try to get more sun.

I don’t know if this is true or not as regards to testosterone. One thing I will say is that this red light is insane. I have no idea what it is about it but when I use it I feel so much better physically and mentally. My father got me a panel. The only reason I used it was because he wouldn’t shut up about it and it cost $500. After the third day I was stunned. Usually takes me a few minutes to get going after having a cup of coffee and then I’ll slog off to work. I felt like a completely new person. The energy and mental clarity is amazing. Look it up yourselves, red light therapy. A lot of health, sports blogs, magazines actually endorse it. Put it in a google search, you’ll find a lot of positives.

I use the rayminder UV light. I haven't looked into Red Light because its too expensive.
However, you can join a gym that has the red light machine and try it.

Something about the reactions to this in this thread sits uneasy with me.

First, I agree it's sensible to be skeptical, and I agree positive effects reported could be a placebo.

I don't agree that that's enough to dismiss it all as pseudo-scientific woowoo. It might well, in fact, be woowoo, but there's certainly a plausible mechanism by which UV light could be interacting with your cells in some way to bring about changes. It's just as silly to dismiss it out of hand without evidence as it is to accept it without evidence - maybe even sillier, because closed-mindedness will prevent you from learning and discovering new things.
