Just having kids doesn't mean she is looking for a bailout. However, looking for an LTR/marriage and having kids shows that she wants a man to commit to her, thereby separating his resources for her brood. These older women will often say the are independent in order to come accross as safe and to lessen the burden on the man to help raise her kids. The problem is one she gets what she wants, marriage or agency for her children, then she starts offloading her responsibilities onto him. This woman is a good example of the bailout, but just so you are aware, simply being a single mother is not the only criteria.
