It is not a shit test, she is simply not interested. If she just said she is busy without proposing an alternative day, i would simply next her and move on

The first mistake was suggesting the activity; as the man, you tell her when and where you will be. If she disagrees or flakes, drop her and go get some new numbers. As for the current situation: cut contact and wait for her to initiate a conversation.

After a couple of days, the cake should be baked to perfection. Simply reply with a time and date that is convenient for you. My suggestion would be a place that has other women around; if she doesn't show up, you should have plenty of potential numbers in the area. As for her, a second flake indicates that it's time to cut contact completely.

Just set another time and date and if she doesn't come to that or provide an alternate just give up. A lot of girls flake and you can't do nothing about it.
