no matter what RP wants to say most girls have fucked a lot of dudes... most girls just lie about their #... i'd bet half the guys on here who think they found a "girl with just two before me" are being lied to.... let's just put it this way... the most SAINTY girl I have slept with had a number of 7 at 25.

Inner happiness. You feel bad about breaking up becaue you've trained yourself to rely on her as your source of happiness. You are happy because you have her, because you have sex with her, because ... whatever. Obviously losing her would mean you would become unhappy because the source of happiness is no longer present.

You don't have to fuck multiple women at once, but you have to have an abundance mentality and inner happiness. Having multiple women is just the easiest way to get there. In any case, there is no point "fighting" oneitis - like, convincing yourself that you should not have oneitis for her, or whatever else. You should focus on becoming a man. Having hobbies, friends, goals, purpose, etc. You should be happy with or without a girl. Start doing shit you like, get your life together, improve yourself, and so on.

If you want it to make it easier, start with that before breaking up. Strive for inner happiness and fulfilled life. That way when time comes to break up you won't feel anything because guess what - it doesn't change a thing, she's not your source of happiness anymore!
