I just want to say thank you to everyone here. This is a great community to get actual advice. Since finding TRP, I have managed to spin 2 plates (although they ended after a couple of months each). Nonetheless, I am constantly learning from this community and improving myself everyday. I am in better shape than ever thanks to lifting and have nearly achieved most of the goals I set out for myself when I found TRP a year ago. Thank you everyone.
