i believe TRP specifically got it's roots from PUA (pickup artists) although i'm not informed enough to provide a timescale.

I think you have to make a distinction between origins and popularization. For example, the red pill REALLY started with the film The Matrix, but what I'm really getting at is that there is no specific origin because the ideas, whether specifically relating to PUA, MGTOW, TRP, MRA, etc. Have all existed in many forms for many generations. It's kind of like asking "Who invented the automobile?" You could list the inventors of each individual parts and then the engineers who started putting them together, but the man who popularized the automobile in the USA was Henry Ford. They're all correct answers. I would say Rollo Tomassi is the Henry Ford of TRP. He wasn't the first person to think these thoughts, but he put them together and presented them based on psychology and evolution rather than anecdote and personal experience. He was the unifier of the RP theory, imo.

It originally grew out of PUA, in particular people like Anti-Dump and and Pook over at SoSuave between 1998-2005. Rollo and others were on that site back in those days, believe Rollo was even a mod at one point later on like 2006/2007.

TRP is essentially what developed as people moved beyond basic seduction and begin to examine the broader societal implications of sexual strategy and gender dynamics.

Re-originate is what you mean I think. Both my grandfathers (born around 1900) were redpill, it used to be standard thinking. That changed around 1950.
