There’s one way it works. You see her, you ask her if she minds if you run with her. She says yes. You don’t say a word and run with her.

She breaks off to leave, you say thanks for running with you and tell her you’ll be here tomorrow and the next day at X time. Get there 5-10 minutes early and legit stretch for 30 minutes. It’s good for ya.

If she shows up great. Stretching is always enjoyable with a hottie. If not you legit stretched like you should then had a run.

No creepy shit. She wants to or she doesn’t.
