Yes. It's the complete package based on all these aspects. Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, different variables may be more important than others. You should also evaluate where your weaknesses are and if they can be improved. But you can't just focus on one thing. Read more in the sidebar about SMV, but in a nutshell what you are trying to do is find a way to keep hypergamy at bay. BY having a higher SMV than her, she will feel more dread and do everything she can to keep you because you are a high value male. There will be other high value males out there, but as long as your SMV is higher than hers and with the right frame you just might keep hypergamy under control. If your SMV is the same as her, or lower, than the dread is all yours and it won;t be long before she is looking to branch swing up.

As a former professional economic analyst, you need to take a chill pill. You can and should be doing all three simultaneously, so I don't see why you're concerned about this.

Obviously after a certain point, you're going to get decreasing marginal returns from more muscle mass, money, etc. Where that point is, we have no idea. There's no data set to draw on, maybe you can build one. But really, this is of no interest to me or anyone else here.

I'm not sure about the stats and economics, but SMV is relative and influenced by environment.

To use college as an example (and equal net worth)... Who gets laid more, the super smart and bookish engineering major, or the fraternity president that's majoring in music history?

I'd say it's likely to be the latter, despite a much lower earning potential. Social influence is a huge part of SMV.

Guys that can afford it can buy women to an extent, but money/financial success alone isn't nearly as important as a lot of people make it out to be (there's a ton of incel engineers, MDs, etc).

It doesn't really work like this. It's complicated.

A man with maximum amounts of any singular category doesn't need much else, and he'll probably still do well. A 10/10 looking male, a billionaire, a famous musician... can completely fail in every other regard.

But anyone else would need to be balanced. If you're not maxing out categories, you need some presence of all of them.

I don't support the endeavor because it's very autistic. But if you really wanted, I think a true SMV formula may have some of these factors:

The maximum score is 10/10. That score is derived by averaging out your "points" in all of the following categories.
Despite the final score not being able to surpass 10, individual traits can be scored on a scale of 1-50. However, scoring above a 10 should be incredibly difficult. For example, maybe an 11/10 in money has a net worth of 5 million dollars. Maybe a 20/10 has a net worth of 20 million. A 50/10 in money would need to at least have 200 million or something. These are bullshit numbers but you get the idea.
The categories should be: looks, status, money, charisma (interchangeable with game), and environment/competition.
Scoring below a 5 in any one category should be a minus to other traits. For example, if your charisma is a 2, you need to deduct 3 (again, bullshit number) from all the other traits. So if your charisma is a 2, you can't be an 8, 9, or 10 unless you're surpassing 10 significantly with one of your other traits.

While I know the real world functions something like this, you will literally never pinpoint exactly what score of each category correlates to how much of each trait. That's why this is autistic. It's easier to surpass all of this and go with "know it when you see it" and develop an intuition for that.
