Just of the top of my head I can come up with several bad situations for you.

Here's one: She could open the door in the middle of the night, let someone in and they rob your place. She'll call ahead of time to let them know if and what there is to steal. And that's just one scenario.

Unless you live in a bad place or a very large city, this is quite unlikely.

But it pays to remember women are not as innocent as society would have us believe. The halo effect is an societal conditioning.

I can't see a problem with it. Only downside is that it's a big commitment from you.

Don't be trapped into agreeing to see her again!

Girl comes over... "this is fun, we should do this again" and you say "I'd love that" and she stays and you don't have sex. This is a terrible start: male commitment without female commitment.

If she aims for another meetup, tell her "I'm busy for a few days, we'll see how it goes".

She's less likely to sleep with you if you commit to a sleepover and to seeing her again. Keep your options open.

This happened to me when I met my wife for the first time but we'd been talking online for a long time and planned to get married. The next morning she was up and at 'em cooking and cleaning, making the bed, waiting on me, etc. I'd say go for it and see how she behaves in the morning.
