Criminalization is a correct concern to have. It's a question as to whether women must be jailed or have their income garnished.

Personally I think paternity fraud should be sufficient grounds to annul the marriage with alimony and subsequent child support being reversed back to the father.

It should not be on either men to provide, the frauded husband or the biological father.

Why not Just make paternity tests compulsory before paternity and associated obligations need to be fixed. Will serve everyone better.
