There is something to be said for seeming that you may be just a little bit crazy and unpredictable. (Think Capt Jack Sparrow, Dirty Harry or Jack Nicolson.). Women are driven to "figure out" their men, then they become bored. Keep her guessing. (Buy some purple or GREEN Peeps for Easter.)

Just curious, have you tried going at it like she's responding even when she isn't. Missionary doesn't have to be boring. Her ham thighs too big to hold up one of while you prop a knee for varying thrusts? Shove a pillow under her lower back to give you a better angle?

I think it is interesting that you followed the plan and it worked! your wife is putting out, just like she is supposed to do. But now that you have improved so much the response is...meh.

No sex is better than bad sex.

Roommate her for 30 solid days. Don't initiate sex, don't touch her sexually, don't talk about sex, and don't compliment her. Just do activities for you. Lift, jog, work, cook, knit or whatever you like to do. This is not a punishment for her! This is a period for you to self-reflect in abstinence. Smile and laugh often. If she asks about why you aren't seeking sex, only say "I figured I'd cool it for a while." Seriously try to talk as little as possible about your behavior. If she offers sex (she probably won't) turn her down. Don't accept bad sex.

Starfish sex is like masturbating with a large sex toy, but after you are finished you realize it was your wife and she was thinking of something else the entire time. That makes me want to vomit. Masturbation is better than starfish sex.

Don't justify her behavior with "endocrine system" excuses. Realize that every woman will get the tingles for some man.

SGM is no good if you aren't already getting the sex willingly and happily. This book truly deserves to be in the "Graduate Level" of the sidebar.
