Telling you to "not get jealous" isn't exactly good advice. It's not something you can act on. It's like telling you to "just be confident" or "don't be upset" - other than taking baby steps to alleviate the problem - you either feel it or you don't.

Think about it this way - most guys have a lot of trouble picking up women, even more have trouble getting girls that are already taken. So the chances of that guy succeeding aren't particularly high, which should give you some relief.

You can't really turn off jealousy, so be sure not act irrationally because of it. When you feel it take a moment and ask your self if what you're about to do/say is helpful to your seduction or if it's just a response to the feeling.

Jealousy, can even be helpful if expressed in the right way with good timing.

Once you know she's into you, it can be flattering to say, "You know, I've never been the type of guy to get jealous, but it's hard not to be around you. You have a real sexiness to you when you talk to people that I can't help but notice. I kinda hate you for it."

Dude, if a girl stops to talk to another guy, I just leave. Don't say anything, just bounce. If you have properly been alpha, she will chase you. Don't give a single fuck. Go open someone else.

Yes. Think of this in terms of Nietzsche's concept of being grateful to your enemies. You see an AMOG and you feel totally intimidated and blown out. Guess what, you can bitch out at him, you could become all bitter, or you can learn to respect guys like that.

Honestly, when I go out, I love trying to figure out who the alphas are and just watch their mannerisms. This is just another way of learning game.

If I am talking to a girl at a bar or club and another guy comes over and introduces himself to the girl; I go ahead and introduce myself to him. 9 times out of 10 it will throw him off. Even then you are showing you are not bothered by his presence, bring him into YOUR conversation. Nothing bad will happen.

I also fall into this trap sometimes, especially if I'm not doing too hot at the bar. The best thing for me to do is to just remove myself completely from the situation. Go to a different part of the bar where I won't be tempted to watch them to see how the girl is interacting with the other guy. If it's really that bad, just go to a different bar. The minute something is starting to bring you down, you gotta find a way to eliminate the cause.

Ultimately, the goal is obviously not to let these things bother you, but nobody's perfect and we all have to start somewhere.
