Having been in threesomes on three separate occasions now, I may be able to offer some insight. Two of the Three times I pulled it off, it was because I planted the idea in at least one of the two girls' mind prior to it happening. The third time it luck was a big factor, met two women at a bar when out solo, went to a gay club with both of them and they and they brought me back to one of their apartments.

Plant the idea by somehow talking a bit sexually with the girl who is most interested in you before you meet both of them, and mention threesomes. Don't be too direct about it but get her thinking about it. Text messages are a good way to do this.

I'm going to recommend going the Neil Strauss route.

Get the two women isolated at your place, preferably with a little bit of libation.
Neil discusses some exotic massage technique that basically is so good it confuses the senses. He asks one girl to lay down, while the other girl and him perform the technique.

As mentioned in other parts of this post, try using the dual induction massage. Another key point being talked about is getting one of them on your side. The important part of this is to choose the right one. You have to try and get the more dominant or the one who is in charge on your side. This will mean the more passive girl will feel more comfortable with what is about to happen. You want to get the women to begin kissing, because this is part the threesome that will most likely be unfamiliar to the girls. This is usually made easier by a few drinks.

I've got a similar story from my friend that believes he was almost able to pull it off until a 3rd girl came in and pulled one away, he got with the other one though.

What he believes was an important part was definitely the alcohol. He said that he eventually got each girl to kiss each other and his plan was to eventually to ask to join in.

What I took from the story and would advise would try to get yourself into a situation where you are having some physical contact with both of the girls. A good start would be to get each girl under your arms between with you in the middle. From there I'd try to get a good line going asking if they have each kissed a girl before, then convince them that nows a perfect time to try, and then apply a line where you ask to join in or how you can make this more exciting of an event.

It's not going to be easy, but it's definitely possible. I've had a few and all of them came down to the situation being just right and it somehow getting initiated.
