Hi fellow PUA, Basically I was texting this girl and she ghosted me for 2 weeks until I changed my profile picture. She messages me back with an apology and we continue the convo, and it became a bit flirtatious. I made a stupid mistake of over complimenting her and coming off more like a nice guy. I realized I f$@ked up when she says, “That’s so nice of you.” I then hit her up 2 days later inviting her for lunch with the intention of escalating and taking her back to my place. But she hit me back 5 minutes before our appointment saying she just woke up (felt like a lie). I messaged back hours later saying it’s fine but we need to meet as soon as possible. What’s the solution now? Is there a way to fix this? Lesson I learned: I know I messed up because I shouldn’t compliment a girl early in the conversation since it makes me look easy and the girl already won, and doesn’t need to work hard to get me.
