Read the 6 pillars of self esteem by Nathaniel Branden. Two of the pillars are:

self acceptance. you cannot change your height so you need to accept yourself as you are and appreciate it anyway.

personal integrity. you do not lie to yourself or lie to others. this undermines your self esteem at its core.

you know what the answer is. be short and OWN the hell out of it rather than shy away from it.

I'm 5'7

I wear a 1 inch foam pad for my "Flat Feet"

1-1.5 inch shoes that's typical for most shoes anyway

I try to decompress my spine and correct posture to gain like another 0.5-1 inch

Usually keeps me around 5'9 or eye level of normal postured 5'10s

When I'm at home I got a deep sole slippers that are 1.5-2 inches so no one actually never notices.

Not a single one of them is a height hack so I'm usually never ashamed. Now if i start wearing 3 inches insoles that will be a insecurity to talk about.

Old guy here. I’m closer to 5’5. Average looks. Height has never been a limiter for me. Some women care about it, but many don’t. I’ve dated several women taller than I am. It’s my personal preference. Most recently one who’s 6’1. Not exaggerating. Former d1 volleyball player. Hit the gym and otherwise improve the things you can control.

I mean, there really aren’t 100 different answers to this. You stop wearing them, because from your OP, it’s clear that’s what YOU want. Accept your short stature period. But it’s just a reality that people who have often seen you with those will definitely notice.

It might be difficult and hurtful at first depending on the comments or how people will look at you, but just tell them the truth if they ask; you had an insecurity about your height, and you probably still do, but you’re working on it. Be honest.

And if someone really makes fun of you or constantly belittles you, well, you know that person is just better off not being in your life, they’re not a good friend.

Idk girls get boob jobs. It’s just something to make it easier to get in the door. Once girls like you it stops mattering. If u wanna own your actual height go ahead though, good on u.

As someone who is attractive and 6’4 the looks/height don’t matter nearly as much you as you probably think. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t help. Yes it does. I get more attention for being good looking but a guy that is funny/has a good vibe/Carrie’s himself well would killl my game if I wasn’t on point as well
