How do you know you're in the FZ? I guess you've checked her body language, kino and all that.

I'm currently reading 'Models' by Mark Manson, and he suggests that changing a woman from the unreceptive -> receptive status is never really worth the time and heartache (or ballache). Some people dig themselves out of the FZ but it doesn't happen much and you don't want to stay there, digging and become jaded by the experience.

Like someone else said, keeping her as a friend and social proof would be a great thing to do here - or if you can't be friends, cut all contact.

Agreed with /u/becauseimimportant. If you are truly friend zoned, then use it to your advantage.

But I assume you didn't even try kino with her. Start just to see her reaction, don't presume you are in the friend zone until she completely rejects your advances. But here is the key, you need to isolate and escalate kino until she actually rejects you.

You are probably listening to her words and not her actions. Remember, words mean nothing, only actions.

what i do is i friendzone every girl i meet, i don't verbally say it, but i make them know it, it asserts yourself and gets rid of that "stink" that guys tend to get that scared girls off. some of my best friends are chicks and they are the best wingmen, because they don't cockblock, if i go with any of my male mates then they will cockblock me at any opportunity if they think it will increase their chances of getting laid, even tho it obviously doesn't.

anyway, after i friendzone girls is when you get to know them more, and the ones that like you will begin to show the signs make yourself seem like you are always doing something important even when you are not. all girls have friends, and if you are a good friend, you will meet her other friends in no time, expanding your circles is the best way. just be awesome in everything you do!

I don't care what other books/people say - you need to make your intentions clear as early on as possible. This sets the tone for all their interactions with you from that point on.

You may be thinking you are flirting, but you are really just beating around the bush, afraid to make any really bold moves.

After this experience... you have nothing to lose.
