Ok, I only recently broke through my AA, at least when it comes to night game - I've approached 10 women each time I've gone out for the last two times and don't get too nervous. However, I find that I'm constantly screwing up. I'll give you a brief summary of my game (it's a bit formulaic because I'm still at the point where thinking on my feet is difficult):

Me: Hi, I thought you looked gorgeous and I needed to talk to you. My name's Riding_Crossbow.

Her: Hi, I'm Person.

Me: How's your night / why are you looking at your phone when everyone's having fun / some other comment

Her: <response>

Me: You look like a really interesting person, tell me the most interesting thing you can!

Her: I.. uh.. my major is in tourism? (I haven't gotten one legitimately interesting response to this)

Me: Oh, I'm a professional bear wrestler / something else totally absurd. Ok now say something actually interesting!

Her: <something boring and unfunny>

At this point I bail because I see a boring response as indicating either that she's not interested or actually boring. Should I be sticking in there longer? Am I just getting unlucky and meeting girls who are too boring / nervous to say anything funny or interesting? Should I be content with those responses and keep escalating and talking? Am I being too much of an asshole? Any general advice on my game?
