I prefer fractionation. It’s a bit more advanced than push-pull which seems to be one liners.

Instead of pushing and pulling, think about emotional states. Then swap between.

So you may talk about a death for a bit, then swap to some mega holiday you went on then back to the death and how your best friend was devastated, and so on.

When you pull someone out of an emotional state then put them back in it, they go in deeper.

So it could be “getting it on” and “rejection”.

Anyway just Google push pull for examples and/or Google fractionation.

It doesn't matter which one comes first, the idea is to put together two contradictory things.

It's so hard to know when to push and when to pull...

It's very simple because it's a phrase that combines both elements. When do you use it? Only when she is HOOKED, but not just randomly. Simply tell her there's something you like about her, followed by something you don't... That's the easiest push-pull script. For example: "I like your dress... but... I don't like your shoes (or I don't like the color)... "

Now you understand that if she isn't hooked, she won't care if you don't like her shoes or the color of her dress. But if she is hooked, she’ll immediately ask why you don't like them. This is the exact reaction you're looking for, and at that point, the sky's the limit for where you can take the conversation.

Good question, I find it to just seem to care not as much (sorta blasé) and just lower your compliments to maybe 70-80%. Woman are very intuitive about this sort of thing.

What people teach you about push/pull I feel just comes across try hard and reactive.
