As a general rule: yes, it's good to escalate quickly. Guys who are too slow/hesitant to escalate physically get friendzoned. Guys who escalate quickly get laid.

I'm of the belief that you should always kiss on the first date, for the reason that I just listed above. You want the girl to know that you desire her sexually, because knowing that a man wants her is a turn-on for women. As for girls walking out on you pre-sex, I think that's just plain bad luck. From the information in your post, it sounds like you're doing everything right. Women are fickle, and even the most charming and handsome man has to deal with women suddenly changing their minds when everything seems to be going great. Just look at this subreddit: there are a lot of posts that boil down to "I met this girl, we went on a couple of dates, we made out with each other, and suddenly she stopped talking to me. What happened?"

Remember these words of wisdom: A woman will forgive a man for being too aggressive, but she won't forgive him for being too timid. So always err on the side of aggression.

Make sure your intentions are known from the beginning. That way you will polarize her and not waste your time.

That being said, don't start immediately groping her and see if she's game.

Unfortunately for you, there are a variety of reasons why a woman might not want to have sex. They might just not feel that comfortable with you yet, they might not be 'prepared' for it because they didn't know you were intending to have sex, they don't want to seem easy, etc. You should make your intentions clear from the start.

Don't talk English, speak body language. She may say no or reject, but as is the old addage, one back and two forward. I try, if I fail, I continue building comfort and try again later. I make sure she knows what my intentions are and that I'm going to keep trying. If I get stopped, I don't sweat it. She will try to shit test me and I tell her I'll get it when it's time to get it. This last part is probably the most important part. Girls don't react to it noticeably, but their behavior always changes in the next 48 hours and there's always less resistance the next time

Just kiss on the first meet up. Don't get to the point where she tell you No. This gives her power. You want to go so slow where she doesn't say stop I don't want to do this.
