A beard is masculine so a lot of girls like it ... tastes differ however so there are also girls who don't like them ... additional it depends if your face actually looks good with beard AND if you can actually grow a full beard (i have lots of friends who have 'holes' in their beards so they're better off shaved)

After I got my beard, I could feel more girls were looking at me. Even girls I knew changed they way they behaved. I remember a couple of girls that wouldn't notice me or pay much attention to what I'd do/say. After I got my beard and met them again, I could feel their gazes and smiles.

You look more attractive, which gives you confidence, which makes you even more attractive.
