It happens to the best of us. That's why it's always recommended that you're spinning plates. Understand that it's okay to feel what you're feeling, and when you're ready, get back on that horse.

FYI, this similar situation has happened to me. I took it badly, but got back to a much better place by going back to the basics and essentially starting over. You can do this. I did.

Thing is, people make choices based on THEIR values, on THEIR OWN “scale of need”, and life goes to THEIR filters built from THEIR experiences. The only thing we can do, as human, is to give out best so it is the only question you should ask yourself: Did I give her the best of me or did I keep myself from being arm for whatever reason. The rest is up to the other to accept or refuse. And they are entitled to chose whichever they think best for THEM. You can make the best damn apple pie in the whole f*cking world, you can’t force feed it to anyone, even less when they don’t like Apple pies. And same goes the other way around, you have every right to refuse the best fruit cake in the world if you don’t like the darn thing.

So, don’t take all of this personally. Learn from the experience and understand that the choice she made is based on what she decided, not you. Move on, believe in abundance and have fun! It’s easy and fun to meel gals nowadays!
