Review: RSD Las Vegas Immersion/Bootcamp with RSD Luke

I had the chance to join RSD Las Vegas immersion run by RSD Luke Krogh. I would like to review for those interested. I was in immersion for 3 months. I did 7 sessions of 1on1s (private coaching) with coaches. I did 8 hours of private coaching with RSD Luke. I think my input might help others understand RSD immersion. BTW, RSD immersion is huge with lots of different parts run by different people. This is why this review will be very long.

RSD Immersion Training consists of following each week :

• 1 night of training with RSD immersion staff (might get swapped with something else)
• 2 nights of training with RSD Luke Krogh
• 1 night of training for coaches in field. (might get swapped with something else)
• 1 night for guest speakers (does not happen very often)

RSD Immersion in field consists of following:

• 3 nights in the field
• 2 days in the field

You can do private coaching for additional cost:

• 1 on 1 with their junior coaches. The experienced coaches do not do 1on1. 300$ a night for 4 hours of training.
• 1 on 1 with RSD Luke. 400$ an hour for at least 2 hours a night. That is 800$ minimum or 1600$ a night if you want the full night.

REVIEW OF TRAINING WITH RSD IMMERSION STAFF (1 day a week)

This is the only part of the RSD immersion where they focus on pick-up theory from A to Z in a structured manner.

In RSD immersion, the theory of the game is divided into multiple weeks. For example opening is explained 1 day, mid-game is explained in another day next week, pulling is explained in another day week after that, texting explained next week, etc. And, it is always explained by the same immersion staff, never Luke.

The staff member who is explaining the theory of the game is the most amazing coach I met. In my 8 years in game, I never saw anyone explain game so clearly and so simply. Unfortunately, he never does private coaching with clients and almost never goes to infield. I know multiple people asked to do private coaching with him but he never accepted any offer. To be honest, listening to him was the best of RSD immersion...

On the other hand, dividing the game theory into different weeks creates a problem for some people. Your sticking point is opening? Sorry, we cover pulling this week.

REVIEW OF TRAINING WITH RSD LUKE KROGH (2 days a week)

Over the last 8-9 years, I trained with 7 PUA instructors. I can clearly tell you that Luke's model of game is one of the best. I believe, his game very strongly resembles AFC Adam or Braddock from Love Systems. In my book, those 2 were the top PUA instructors of all time but they both quit teaching PUA.

• You want to learn social circle game? Learn Luke's (Adam/Braddock) model.
• You want to learn table game? Learn Luke's (Adam/Braddock) model.
• You want to learn value investment game? Learn Luke's (Adam/Braddock) model.
• You want to learn gaming rich people so they will invest in your company? Learn Luke's (Adam/Braddock) model.

But do not learn that model from Luke. RSD Luke is one of the most unorganized guys i met in my life... His talk is also extremely unorganized. During pulling training, he spent more than 20 minutes talking about different rappers and rap lyrics. Then, he spent another 10+ minutes talking about how some hot girls sleep with their teachers to get better grades. Then, he talked about his friend that has a very expensive car. Then, he talked about another topic which was not related to game at all. None of these help his students improve. I believe he talked around 25-30 minutes related to pulling in pulling training. In my opinion, rest of his talk that night was waste of time and money. He still drops useful information here and there. But 3 hours long training from Luke only contains around 30-60 minutes of information related to game most of time. He gets lost a lot during any talk. Unfortunately, I can not bring myself to believe that he takes teaching PUA seriously.

Training with Luke is what I explained above. It is just Luke talking about whatever comes to his mind with no structure, plan, or outline. Most of his talk may not even be related to game some nights. This does not mean that Luke doesn't have a game or doesn't know about game. He is one of the best and most knowledgeable pick up artists I saw. He just has no talent or interest in teaching others. If you want to learn more about Luke's model of the game, watch 10 year old products from Braddock and Adam Lyons. You will learn more about Luke's game by watching those 10 year old products than attending to RSD Immersion for a month.

Another point is that, RSD Luke over promises and never delivers. He has no problem lying to people. For example, I heard that few people asked him if he goes to in field with students. I heard he said yes. In reality he never goes to in field. In my 3 months in immersion, I have never seen him help any RSD immersion student in field.

Another example is that, on multiple platforms he says he will take all of RSD Immersion students to some specific event with VIP passes because that is what he always does. This is a world famous event that happens in Vegas. I think I heard Luke talk about this event at least 8-10 times on multiple platforms (during immersion, on youtube, on his social circle video, at inner circle chat, in person, on snapchat, etc). The VIP tickets for the event is 600$ per person but Luke claims that he gets all of his students inside for free every year because of his connections due to his social circle game. So, I was looking forward to getting into the event thanks to Luke. During the week of the event, Luke suddenly stopped answering all of the texts about the event from all of the students. But, he still posted about the event on his snapchat. So, he does not take immersion students to said event, yet he brags about taking all immersion students to said event on every platform. Luke promising things and suddenly stop answering texts is common.

Another example is the video on RSD Immersion web-page. RSD Luke claims that he will take RSD immersion students to private parties, private events, etc... This is a false advertisement. In my 3 months in immersion, I never saw RSD Luke invite RSD immersion students any private event. I worked with 7 instructors total in my life. Honestly, Luke promised the most and delivered the least among any instructor I worked with. In my opinion, you should be extremely careful believing the things he says. There is a very high chance he will not follow through his promises.

RSD Luke is not involved with any other part of RSD immersion. As long as the RSD immersion is concerned, these 2 nights of training is his only involvement. He sometimes misses those here and there as well.

REVIEW OF IN FIELD FOR RSD IMMERSION

RSD Immersion is very different than a boot-camp when it comes to in field training. It is very hands off. This means you will be on your own during most of the immersion without someone giving you a feedback.

During your first couple days, RSD immersion coaches will focus on you and help you open 50 sets, break rapport, run drills, etc. After the first 2-3 days, the amount of attention you get will drop a lot. Most weeks, you will get ~30-35 minutes of in field coaching from immersion staff at most per week.

RSD Luke never comes to infields. In my 3 months in RSD Immersion, I think I saw Luke at the clubs twice. Even when he was in the same club, he did not observe or give feed-back to students. He was just hanging out with his friends at VIP area, to which the students are not invited. Luke does not run demo sets as well. So, you will never see him gaming or learn from him in person. This was a big let down for me. This was the first time I worked with an instructor and never saw him run any demo sets, give feedback, or join infield at all.

So, In field training of RSD immersion is solely run by the coaches. Senior coaches, who has been teaching game more than 6 months, did not go to in field. So in field was run by junior coaches who only had a month or two of experience teaching game. It is my understanding that those junior coaches are still with RSD Immersion. So they are senior coaches now.

REVIEW OF COACHES IN RSD IMMERSION

Most of the RSD immersion coaches are hand picked and they are very good with girls. They have to prove themselves to be very successful with girls before they are invited to be a coach. During immersion, you will learn a lot from coaches by watching them in the field, getting their feedback, or asking them questions. I think 80% of RSD Immersion is run by the coaches.

Coaches have some minor problems. Sometimes they do not have any answer to your question. So, they just get back to giving text book x/y/z reply which may not be related to your question. Different coaches give conflicting suggestions here and there. Coaches also try to game the customers. But, since they are relatively new to the game themselves it comes off easy to spot. I don't know if it is an RSD or Immersion thing, but no other company/instructor/coach I worked in the past tried to fool/game their customers as hard. But these are all small glitches that catch your eye here and there.

But, there is one problem that bothered me the most. Most of the coaches are in their very early 20s and they are PUA coaches already. Because of that, their ego can get extremely big. For example, I am in my mid 30s, I was in a set with a woman in her late 30s. Suddenly, one of the coaches jumped into the set and said "BootCampReview, you are doing it all wrong. You should make jokes like this. (Followed by his joke). See? Now try the same joke again". This made things awkward for everyone. She got creeped out. Even I got creeped out!!! One time, out of nowhere, a coach stopped a couple that was passing by and said "I am a pick up coach, I am teaching him touching (kino). Can you grab your girlfriend as dominant as you can to show this guy how it is done?". The awkwardness hit the sky for everyone!!!!!!! Until now, I worked with 7 different PUA instructors and I met 10+ coaches, this was my first time seeing a coach/instructor behave like that. They usually run a demo set to show it to you, whisper to your ears, text you, type it on their phone then show it to you, or wait for your set to fail then give you feedback, etc. I never had a coach/instructor who had to yell it to the world that he was a coach/instructor at every opportunity.

Another example happened when i was gaming a local from my city. I left the set for a minute to take notes on my phone. I got back into the set, only to hear the coach say to the girl "He is not my friend. He is paying to train with me. I am a pick up coach". This was the last drop for me. This pissed me off extremely bad!! It hit all of my nerves!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The last thing I need in my life is a 20+ year old guy, who I am paying to help me improve my social skills, go and tell the locals from my city that I am paying him to get better with girls, and he would not be my friend unless I pay him. Overall, I felt like some RSD immersion coaches were going extremely out of their way to make it known to everyone in existence that they are PUA coaches. After this experience with them, I decided to cut my ties with Immersion and work on my sticking points by my self. Although I still had 3+ weeks in RSD immersion, I did not show up for rest of the Immersion. This one interaction made me regret ever paying for immersion... I don't know why but I took this very personally... May be a lot more than I should! Hence the bitter and aggressive review here. Seriously man, what in the fucking world would even make a coach say something like this to a girl he met 10 minutes ago when he was supposed to be helping a customer train???

That being said, it seems like my experience was a one off with coaches. Most people had good experiences with coaches.

You can do private coaching with the coaches. It is extra 300$ per night for 4 hours total. The private training was the most useful part of RSD immersion for me although I had very shitty experience with coaches at the end.

REVIEW OF PRIVATE COACHING WITH RSD LUKE KROGH

You can do private training with Luke. It is 400$ per hour with minimum of 2 hours a night (minimum 800$ or 1600$ for the full night). I strongly suggest you NOT to do it.

RSD Luke is a very charismatic, very nice, and very social guy. In addition to that, he knows every important person in Vegas after gaming in Vegas for close to 10 years. He really knows how to game people and how to make people comfortable. When you start talking with him, he feels like a long lost best friend even after 10 minutes of conversation. Initially, I was looking forward to doing 6-8 months of 1on1 with Luke. One thing that makes Luke different than any other instructor is that he is willing introduce his long term private training clients, not immersion students, to his circle and connections. I worked with 7 instructors before. As far as I can tell, Luke is the only instructor/coach willing to do that.

Unfortunately, my coaching with Luke was the worst training I had out of the 7 PUA trainers that I worked with. This is why I decided to quit it after the 1st month instead of going the full 6-8 months of training. He did an extremely bad job of giving me suggestions or feed-back. He did not run any demo sets during private coaching neither.

In all of our training, Luke spent a lot more time gaming me than actually teaching me how to game. As I mentioned above, no other PUA company/instructor/coach tried to fool/game their customers as hard as the people involved in RSD Immersion. I never saw an instructor/trainer show up to a training as little prepared as Luke did, then immediately jump into marketing by talking about how I am going to start getting 10s/models in no time if I just keep training with him. I believe leading people on with promises/dreams is part of his game to get people to invest in him. As I said, he has no problem lying to other people. This all would be ok if he helped me improve my game. I have no problem being fooled/gamed as long as I am reaching my goals. That was not the case. In our training, he told me he was taking notes and he would send me notes later on. Only to never send anything. So I got almost no feedback during in field and I got no notes after our training. Basically, after spending 8 hours of private training (and a lot of money) with Luke, I still have no idea what I should do differently since he gave me almost no feedback even after observing me in many sets. To be honest, my 1on1 with Luke felt like 80% sales pitch and barely 20% training.

RSD Luke is either least talented teacher I met in my whole life or he just does not care about his clients improvements. That being said, unlike immersion, during our 1on1 training, he invited me to two events where I would have access to models. One of them was a public event which cost around $60 to join, so anyone could have gone there. Unfortunately, he told me about the event 7 hours before the event and it was in another city 5 hours away. The other one sounded like a business dinner with bunch of atmosphere models. I was already thinking to stop training with Luke, so I decided not to show up.

He only showed up at 2 out of 4 of our scheduled training. At other times, he did not answer any texts or got back to me. But, he randomly texts his clients and asks them to do 1on1 the same night. So he will not show up to a training you scheduled a week ago. But, he will randomly hit you up and ask to do training. I talked with another RSD immersion student a week before he was done with immersion. Turns out Luke did not show up at the training with him multiple times as well.

Before and during my training with Luke I told him things like "you can be as harsh as you want in your opinion as long as you are honest", "don't hesitate to call out my mistakes", "show me the things I am doing wrong", "give me things to work on my own", etc... Despite that, he did not run any demo sets, he did not join any of my sets, he did not give enough feed-back about any of my sets, he did not tell me what were my sticking points, teach me how to improve my sticking points, or tell me what to work on. He was on his phone often, he kept saying he was taking notes and he would get back to me with notes. Only to never get back to me even after multiple reminders. I believe he was just texting his friends and he was not taking any notes.

Overall, my 1on1 with RSD Luke was my worst investment out of the 7 instructors that I worked with. I learned nothing. I strongly suggest you to never do any personal training with RSD Luke.

RSD IMMERSION MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Very late edit to my original post: In another thread in another subreddit, I read that few people paid and scheduled 1on1 with Luke. Then, Luke did not show up to their 1on1 or left after 15 minutes. I read that when they asked for their money back, RSD Immersion did not return their money back. All of what they say could be false accusations. But, I typed my experience with their money back guarantee below since it became relevant.

Luke left our first night of training after 2 hour 20 minutes. There was no training that night. It was mostly Luke asking me about my goals, my plans, my life, etc. Luke still counted that 2 hours 20 minutes of training as full 4 hours. I think we opened total of 10 sets in between conversation. There were no feedbacks after that 10 sets. The 2nd night, Luke observed me opening 20 or so sets for an hour, but there were still no feedback. After that, we joined his friends table at another club which was too loud to be doing anything. So, it was just us grabbing drinks at his friends table. It was a very fun night with the best table at the best club, but it was not a training that night. So the 2nd night was only 1 and half hour where I did some PUA stuff by myself. Luke did not get involved at all.

As I mentioned above, I was looking forward to doing more training with RSD Luke/RSD Immersion but I changed my mind when I was not satisfied with them. I paid for my training before we started so I still had some cash/hours that I did not use. When I decided to stop training, I asked for the remainder of my money back. It took me more than a month to get my money back from RSD Immersion for the hours that I did not use. I think I had to reach Luke 6-7 times, and I had to reach his assistant 2 times before I could get my money back. There were times when Luke said things like "I am sending it right now" or "My assistant is going to send it today" but no money arrived. There were few times when my messages went unanswered for few days. I believe it was a bit of a hustle to get my money back for the hours I paid but did not use but i still got it after a month.

RSD IMMERSION MANSION

Very late edit to my original post: I don't know why but I saw so many questions about RSD Immersion mansion in last couple weeks. I did not live there, but I added my opinion below.

You can stay at RSD immersion mansion if you pay extra. In my humble opinion, Immersion mansion is not a mansion but rather a big house. If I am not mistaken it costs 2000$ a month or 800$ a week to live there. Numbers could be wrong since I did not live there myself. This is expensive given the low costs of rental agreements in Las Vegas and the distance of mansion to strip.

The good thing about staying in the Immersion mansion is that, you get to hang out with lots of cool guys. Seeing how guys lived together at the mansion reminded of the collage dorm days where everyone was constantly trying to have fun and sex. It was good.

On the other hand, during RSD immersion couple guys complained to me that the RSD immersion mansion was so far away from strip, they were having hard time pulling there. They asked me if they can pull to my location instead of mansion since I stayed on strip. I went to mansion 4 times total. Given the level of my PUA skills, I do not think I can pull there. It is just too far away from strip for me to pull given my skills. I stayed on strip and from my place to mansion was around 25-35 minutes depending on traffic. In other cities 25-35 minutes could be normal, but that is too much of a distance for Las Vegas to pull when girls are not willing to leave strip and another random guy is trying to pull them to his hotel 3 minutes away.

Just to clear up few questions I received. RSD Luke does not live at the mansion. Also, in my 3 months in RSD immersion, there were no models or parties with models at the mansion. Honestly, I do not even recall regular parties scheduled with regular girls as well. I think the confusion about this comes from the RSD immersion sales team. Before I signed up for RSD Immersion, I was on the fence about doing immersion. I talked with 3-4 different immersion sales guys on the phone. One of the sales guys told me that I can live at the mansion with Luke and he throws parties with models all the time. RSD Luke living at the mansion or models coming to mansion are false. I'm not sure if the sales guy was misinformed, or if he was just trying to close another sale at all cost. As a note, I heard that there was one photo-shoot with models at the RSD immersion mansion before I did my immersion. But, it is my understanding that this happened only once at the history of RSD immersion mansion. So, all the pictures/videos you see are from that one single photo-shoot used for marketing. During my 3 months at RSD immersion there were no parties planned, even with normal girls, at the RSD immersion mansion.

OVERALL

Despite few bad experiences here and there, most RSD immersion students, including me, had improvements in their game. I fixed some of my sticky points thanks to the 7 different 1on1s I did with their coaches. Although they were new instructors, some of their coaches are very talented in teaching game. Doing 1on1 with their coaches was the only reason for me to do immersion for the 2nd and 3rd months.

But, RSD Immersion still has lots of problems that needs fixing. For example, the training is extremely chaotic with very little structure, both the coaches and instructor are a lot more interested in gaming customers than helping customers, coaches value their ego before helping clients, there is lack of integrity overall, it is run as an extremely unprofessional organization, etc...

So, should you do RSD immersion? In my opinion:

• Don't do it, If you don't have a solid understanding of game already. It will take you really long time to figure out the theory behind the game and fill in the gaps because they focus on 1 part of theory once a day each week, and their schedule is a total chaos. Almost all of RSD Luke's talk is useless for beginners.

• Don't do it, If you are only doing it for a week. You might have a small bump in your game because 7 nights of gaming in Vegas is great but the chances are very low you will cover your sticking points.

• Don't do it, If you are only joining RSD immersion and have no intention of doing 1on1 with coaches. For me the biggest value in RSD immersion was doing 1on1 with the coaches every weekend. But don't do 1 on 1 with Luke. That is waste of money. In my honest opinion, you should budget for 4 nights of 1on1s with their coaches and do 1on1 with coaches every weekend.

• Don't do it, if you are a hard-case. I believe people that required the most attention, the hard-case guys, got the least attention from coaches. Coaches are there to both train and party themselves. It was my observation that, most coaches gravitated towards students that were already successful with girls. This made things easy for them, they could wing each other and pick-up girls together. So, the guys, who were not successful with girls already, got the least attention from the coaches. Since Luke doesn't go to in fields, this left hard-case guys in an extremely bad spot. They needed the help most, but they received the least help.

• Don't do it, if your opinion can easily be manipulated by others. The fooling/gaming/manipulating of customers is at a legendary level at RSD immersion. Luke and the immersion coaches literally go to the extremes to fool/game/manipulate the customers. There were many times where i said "He is only doing this to manipulate me" about Luke and some of the coaches.

• Don't do it, if you can not push yourself on your own. As I said, you will get around 30 minutes of infield time from coaches at most a week. At other times, you have to be pushing your self without any help. I met a student who was just sitting there and having drinks by himself because he was having approach anxiety but he did not know how to handle it.

• Do it, If you have a solid game already. It was my observation that, the guys who already had good game made the best out of immersion. The guys that had did not have a good game had the least improvements.

• Do it, if you need a bigger playground to improve your game. You will not run into same girl twice in Vegas. So, it provides a very good experimental ground to testing new things if you are already experienced.

• Do it, if you want to practice table game. Each club in vegas has 20+ tables which you can use to practice the table game.
