Men and women are naturally thirsty. We wouldnt have 7+ billion people on the planet otherwise. The goal is to make it not your primary intention. Develop internal spiritual ideals first. Ask yourself this, what type of man would i want to meet my daughter? How would i like this person to think, feel, and intentions towards my sister / mom? If every man had the same actions and thoughts as i do on the planet, would the world be a better place? Your thoughts, feelings, and body language convey your vibe and energy in any given situation. Get a piece of paper and write down some spiritual ideals youd like to manifest. For me, obviously i was interested physically in a woman, but i also didnt want to come off as a creep or weird. So when i saw a beautiful woman, id initially bless her in my thoughts. I would wish good things for her in life, and that the love and light surrounds her. Next my intentions were that i could make her smile and enjoy herself, show her nice places to visit, and be an interesting person altogether and be good company. When we started talking more i would tell her this, and mean it. If you have good intentions and thoughts its extremely difficult to feel bad about getting rejected. The last thing i tried to have on my mind was being thirsty. I know what i like and if im talking to her its already in the cards. There comes a fine line that will take micro callibration, out of hundreds / thousands of approaches, between conveying that your a sexual being and are interested in her, vs coming off as thirsty and creepy, or not conveying it enough and getting friend zoned. . It takes practice.

Handling girls' reaction to you depends on your approach. If you do a more direct style then it'll depend on how much they're initially attracted to you before you approach. So if you're a direct guy, work on your style, grooming, fitness, status, social proof, pre-selection, body language and other non verbals. Basically you want to maximize everything girls can judge you for before you start talking to them.

I get lazy when I do daygame so I just go direct. My female friends love me for that because I take them out to dinner or a snack just to walk around with me during the day while I pick up chicks. Haha. They're really handy to have around though because when I get instant dates I can bring them along (as opposed to when I'm out with a guy) and they can do a lot of the gaming for me.

If you're an indirect guy then work on being more convincing with your indirect approaches, make it so they really think you're asking for directions or making a comment and she just happens to be the one standing next to you or asking for an opinion, etc.

Still, maximizing your attractiveness and having pre-selection is a good idea either way.

Keep the thirst loose the neediness. You need to transition your aura from "I need to fuck you so bad" to "I want to be inside you and you would fucking love it". After that initial phase, you need to offer more than just sex to be more than just a fuck.

I think your fear of rejection and lack of self respect go hand in hand because I honestly struggle with the same issue myself. I started asking myself why I feared rejection and for me it turned out that it was just a massive fear of abandonment from being a child of divorce. I would put up with truly anything in “love” to appease my partner enough to keep them around, to the point where up until a month ago I couldn’t even tell you what my core needs in a relationship are never mind if I cared enough/respected myself enough to see that those were met. Figure out why you have a fear of rejection in the first place, then rather than internalizing the fear simply process it. Then when you learn your needs and boundaries, you’ll no longer be afraid to assert them. You’ll feel more confident as a result. As for coming across less thirsty - as a female I can honestly say that if we’re anything above a 6, we’re hard wired to believe that all men want to sleep with us and our interactions with men thus far prove it to be true. The only thing you can do to seem less thirsty to us is to completely avoid being the one to first state/show that they are attracted. Don’t mention her attractiveness or say anything else that lets her believe you want to be romantic or sexual with her until she gives you a strong, clear and concise indicator that she is attracted to you first (women will make it incredibly obvious when they give these indicators. We don’t know how to be subtle about it because it’s something we very rarely, if ever have to do).

You have to use push pull and be willing to walk away. An easy thing to do is every time you show interest follow it up by showing disinterest or vice versa.

For example "your cute, too bad you aren't my type". Think of showing interest as adding a point and disinterest as subtracting a point. Try to stay at zero.
