I can’t tell you what I would do as everyone has different circumstances than each other ie situation venue etc but one thing I wouldn’t do is yell to get a girls attention for example a light tap on the shoulder would be just as useful and not startle or alarm her on top of this you have to make small talk before you ask for a number if I find the link I’ve got a light little tutorial for you
