What are your techniques for overcoming token last minute resistance?

I think the basic rules of thumb are:

Take care of the logistics ahead of time. Momentum is key. Any break in the flow gives her a chance to stop feeling and start thinking.
Two steps forward, one step back. You be the one to occasionally offer token resistance. She'll feel better that you're going through the same conflicted thoughts/feelings too and, of course, your "resistance" is significantly easier for you to overcome.

First, check out the DiCarlo Kino Escalation Ladder and Ramp. Very powerful. Properly warming her up and doing the steps in order turning her on should take care of 90% of LMR. Since you're not getting past being 'both clothed' you need to know the next logical and natural steps to getting 'unclothed'.
Second, don't think of it as 'Resistance' but 'Last Minute Pacing' or 'Last Minute Slow-down'. You keep testing her readiness to move to the next stage, if she isn't ready return to the previous one and keep doing that for a while (say about 10 minutes), then test again. You have to pace her. Girls warm up slower than guys, we want to jump ahead as fast as possible but Women gotta warm up slowly. So if she isn't moving to the next stage, return to the previous and do that some more, then test it again.

Last points learned the hard way:

Don't say or do anything 'clever'. What I mean is, don't try to False Disqualify or 'offer token resistance' ("No, it's too soon") [sorry IANAPUA_Yet], etc. because often she will either believe you (bad) or will be offended. Been there, done that and lost too many this way. Just shut up and stick to whispered compliments like maybe "You smell sooo good" and soft "mmmmmmms". Don't try to get clever. You're job is to 'lead' and 'pace' and her job is to follow as she's ready.
Never leave a (naked) woman alone. She'll feel weird and get dressed. You'll leave to piss and she'll have her bra and panties back on. Anything where you leave her in the middle will break up the momentum and then its hard to get back on track.

If she resists more than 3 times, kill the sexual vibe and stop paying attention to her.

If she draws you back in, time to have intimate relations.
