Sounds like you aren’t making it man to women enough so you’re getting thrown in the friendzone right off the bat. I also used to go in super indirect like this because I was scared to go direct. Instead of opening with Hey how are you doing, try to open directly instead like excuse me I thought you were very attractive and wanted to come introduce myself to you. Bam man to women right off the bat without a shadow of doubt. And don’t say “Can I have your number?” Girls these days will give their number to any and everyone. Instead close with “Would you like to get a drink sometime?” To take it a step further I try to avoid closing with “Would you like to get a coffee sometime?” because that can be misinterpreted as platonic by some girls who are more socially inept and bad at picking up on cues, while asking if they would like to get a drink sometime is much more sexual and man to women in nature. I only close with the coffee date idea if she’s clearly under 21. Good luck!

First of all, don’t ask her for her number right after asking “how are your doing.” I’d suggest trying to have an actual meaningful interaction with her before resorting to putting her number in your cell phone. Maybe try, “where are you from?” and start talking about who/what you know from that area. After a few laughs and giggles you ask her for her number.

You can't limit it. When a girl sees you she's already decided if she want to sleep with you or be in a relationship with you. The only thing you can do to limit it is become a guy that she wants in that way.
