Hi all,

What would your advice be for intermediate guys that aren't shy, but just don't talk about themselves very much?

I had a date with this girl previously and we should be meeting up again soon, though in phone calls she's said that she doesn't feel like she really knows me that well, and also described me as having my "armour on".

I kind of lost frame a bit by agreeing with her on this and just kind of laughed it off. Going forward, I do get what she means, and I was wondering if you have any advice for guys on how to open up and convey their personality better?
