I'm wondering what your thoughts are on showing interest/intent on social media? I've been talking to a girl for a few months, and I had a date with her like a month ago (she lives far away). She's really active on insta, like daily updates to stories etc., and we text on WhatsApp usually every 2-3 days. We also call each other now and then and have spoke about meeting up again next weekend.

In our interactions I've not previously shown loads of intent/interest, and I'm wondering if replying to her story or a post with something like "Cute" might be worth doing? Would you say it's needy or low-value to compliment via social media?
