I get a fair amount of matches on online dating apps but I don’t know how to talk to the girls or escalate. I literally just talk to her like a friend and then if I’m feeling especially dating I’ll ask her on a date after a couple days. However the majority of my convos fizzle because I don’t know how to flirt or what to say. Like how exactly do I open? When do I say what? What do I say to make it sexual/flirtatious and not come off as awkward/creepy?

Same applies irl too but I don’t have many opportunities since I work night shift.
