Great, so one woman can ruin a bunch of guy's lives before her credibility is ruined, then...? Who cares at that point, the damage is done.

Anything. Want to get a divorce and keep your kids but you're a psychopathic coward? "He hits me" or "he molested our daughter." Maybe the guy isn't the best either and he cheated or wronged her in some way. "I'm gonna ruin that asshole's entire life." As long as everyone continues to believe the "she" in a he-said-she-said scenario there will be women who lie to get their way, whatever that means to them. This isn't to imply we shouldn't believe claims of abuse either, but that's what makes it …

As long as the incentive is there, there will always be shitty women who do it.

And another important point: that man would also forfeit the right to be involved in the child's life at all if the woman goes through with the pregnancy.

I don't know about the paper abortion thing, it would be really shitty to do in a relationship Shitty things to do in a relationship, see also: Woman aborts baby that man was hoping she would carry to term because he didn't believe in abortion and was excited to be a father It's her right to do so, but imagine the pain and resentment
/r/PussyPassDenied18/06/18 03:54 PM

Yeah, you can't force a woman to have an abortion, nor should you be able to, but if you say up front "I'm not going to be involved in any part of this" then she's making an informed decision.

Maybe some current theories, and I'm sure there have been flawed studies that should be discarded, but the fact is human psychology evolved with us as a species and dictated how our ancestors acted and lived, and therefore evolutionary psychology is a real field which can and should be studied. You can call it whatever you want.

I think that fighting back against any push against abortion is important, but women are still "sexually free" even if all the worst case scenarios of this presidency come to pass. Even if abortion is banned, it's not like women suddenly become slaves.

"My god, it's happened. They elected a Republican. I guess I should just go put the shackles on myself instead of waiting for them to do it for me. I can't believe it's come to this. And once they strip away women's right to vote, it'll be even harder to elect a Democrat who can free us once more. The death squads will be coming around any minute for my gay friends. Truly the end is upon us." -Some Democrat women, apparently

Not well adjusted, not well educated, absolutely. Definitely disadvantaged in life. Her childhood was a tragedy. For anyone who isn't a murderous sociopath, that doesn't translate to "sure, I'll help torture a dude for weeks and murder him so I can start my modeling career!" I don't want a murderous sociopath speaking at my event.

I assume it's because in the altercations you're referencing the guy isn't trying to destroy the woman, or probably is actively trying not to.
/r/MensRights19/12/16 12:16 AM

This is unfortunately not true. An average man would completely dominate almost any woman except the top of the top trained combat athletes (think the women you see in UFC). The strength advantage is almost insurmountable and way bigger than most people realize or accept. The woman would need excellent technique and the ability to use it under extreme pressure or the guy can just grab her arms and it's pretty much over.

The thing worth paying attention to isn't this woman, but the bizarre public support she's receiving. She was invited to the White House. People STILL defend her and believe her even after all this bullshit has come out. It's nothing short of religious zealotry and it's kind of disturbing.

There's more and more blowback every day on the internet. Soon it'll translate to the real world when people are sick of this overly-PC bullshit and realize it's okay to speak out against it. A few years ago it was seen as practically blasphemous to say you were anti-feminist, you were a heretic of modern society. These days that's gaining traction as people realize how far off the rails feminism has gone and aren't buying all the "no true Scotsmans" anymore.

I do totally prefer brunette, short, nerdier girls with smallish tits. When I say nerdy I don't mean fat and unwashed, I mean cute and timid and likes to read a lot and introverted. I don't think it's because they are like children, I think it'd because they act like children as a fatherhood fitness test. If you can keep them in line when they act like children, you'd also be a good father, and that makes them want to have kids with you (aka have sex).

Call them up and go out for a beer. And then maybe you can find out some things they do like hobbies etc and either join in or at least get informed. This could be the beginning of developing a social circle. This, especially. I see people on here saying things like "lonely? go talk to women," but I disagree. Start by making solid male friendships. Expand it from there. You'll be happier in the long run. You can still go approach women, obviously, but the foundation of a good social life is a ma…

I've been dedicated lifting for over a year and tracking diet bulking/cutting, but I still don't really have an attractive body. I'm starting my first gear cycle come January. This is fucking stupid. Eat more, keep your form good, lift a higher volume, lift heavier, try a new program. Amateurs don't need to be juicing. If you're doing everything right, you should be making significant consistent gains for a long time. If that's not happening, fix what you're doing wrong and continue on the path.…

I definitely want to take up lifting as well but for now I try to focus on body-weight excercise and endurance since my musculature is virtually nonexistant. I need to rebuild my basic musculature focusing on my back (I am 6 ft. 8 and after half my life in front of a PC I need to support my spine properly). After this I will definitely take up lifting. I think the biggest part of why women hate it is because they don't like to believe anything can contribute to a lowering of their SMV, like age and partner count for example, or that SMV is very different between men and women. They'd like it to be based on nothing but looks. And yet they know. They know full well. That's why almost every woman lies about her number, and as she gets older, her age.
/r/TheRedPill13/10/14 06:50 PM

I find it funny that everyone knows on some level that each person has an approximate SMV, which is why they refer to "out of your league" and other such things, and yet when you talk about it and start categorizing and rating people they go nuts.

That's actually not an ad hominem, if I had called you an insecure homophobe neanderthal and ended there, that would be an ad hominem. And living with two gay dads who are loving and try their best is worse than living in an orphanage or foster home? And you think kids will pick on someone with two gay dads more than someone with no parents? Good god, the ignorance is astounding.
/r/TheRedPill09/10/14 01:23 PM
2

Obviously that would be a problem, but that's not a valid argument so it's pointless to even bring up. Allowing gay people to marry and/or adopt doesn't change the homosexuality rate so it doesn't matter.
/r/TheRedPill09/10/14 04:04 AM
0

It's not like if you prevent gay people from adopting, all these kids will go to loving homes with a mother and a father. That's not in the cards for most of them. These kids are living in orphanages and foster homes. Two gay dads is a way better life than that. You clearly just dislike gay people, and you're trying to use any justification you can think up.

The average lifespan pushed 30 or so for a long long time That's not true, the life EXPECTANCY was around 30, that takes into account baby and child deaths, which were common due to diseases etc. People who survived into their 20s routinely lived into their 60s even in BC times.

And as we all know because people repeat the phrase so often: correlation does not imply causation. Seeing a muscular guy might mean he has a slightly higher probability of being RP than someone from the average-muscled population, but that's about it.
/r/TheRedPill06/09/14 06:30 PM

Being muscular only means that you lift weights and eat a high protein diet. Maybe you find more RP type guys in lifting crowds, but that doesn't mean that lifting or being muscular in any way cause RP thinking, just that a lot of RP guys know that building muscle is important for building SMV.

How many 20+ guys are Sub 15% body fat? I'd guess around 25% This seems like an extremely high estimate. All guys over 20 years old? I'd say less than 25% for sure. I'm one of only a handful of guys in my office who isn't obese. Once you're talking about all guys over 30 years old, that probably drops to below 15%, and most men are over 30.

You're naive if you don't think successful people are also doing drugs. No, people you imagine as successful are probably not coming home every day and smoking a bowl out of a huge bong and watching TV, but coke, speed, ALCOHOL, which a lot of people don't think of as a drug for whatever reason, opiates, etc are all very common amongst people from all walks of life.

I remember in middle school the girls in my class would be planning their weddings. No husband in mind, it's not like they had a crush they were fantasizing about marrying, they just wanted a fancy wedding for themselves and to walk around in a pretty dress. I was bewildered at the time, I just wanted to get out to recess and play football with my friends. Today I realized boys and girls don't change much in their mindsets from middle school.

I've also thought of this. If every man were as rich, fit, dominant, smart, and funny as the top 1%, would the 80/20 rule still apply or would women be happy with any man? Back when I was a beta boy early in an LTR (embarrassingly, cringe-level BP) and still got sex, I thought TRP type thinking was stupid garbage. Then the sex dried up and I got sad and resentful. Men are profiled, men receive much harsher sentences than women on average, things like the Duluth Model of domestic violence say that women are always abused and men are always abusers, if a woman starts hitting a man and the man calls the police, chances are he'll be hauled off to jail when they get there by the woman's word. This is just off the top of my head, there are tons of other examples.

This has happened to me in a couple subs, except I didn't actively post/link TRP, I've just tried correcting people who said TRP actively promotes rape or TRP officially believes women shouldn't vote, those type of things. In each case, those types comments had a ton of upvotes, while mine simply saying some variation of "TRP doesn't believe that" were swamped with downvotes, then I was banned by a mod, presumably because people reported my post as offensive.

Everything you said is true, in addition to the fact that in some cases and places, women can blatantly cheat, have another man's baby, have everyone KNOW it's another man's baby, but still have her husband on the hook for child support. Those women are hilarious. While it's sad that so many women are like that, I use it as my #1 screening question to see if a girl I'm interested in is worth dating. I can cook for myself pretty well so I don't really give a shit if a prospective girlfriend can cook or not for cooking's sake, but if she doesn't know how to cook, or especially if she takes PRIDE in not knowing how to cook, that's a marker for a whole host of other problems and immediately slams the brakes on all dating interest.

Hahaha, this made me laugh out loud. From the comments: I found your “anything goes” comment about your sexual history with your ex amusing. The only thing that will be going will be your fiancé smile Look at it from his point of view. It’s kind of like buying a van that was advertised as only having 80,000 kilometres clocked, which was owned by a little old lady to transport soup to church functions every Sunday. You later find out you that the odometer was wound back 150,000 kilometres and tha…

I was a math major. There was one female math major (ugly as sin, honestly a 1; the kind of girl you just look at and feel bad for) in my graduating class, and a 3-4 female engineering majors (of whom only one was hot) that I took a few classes with. While possible, statistics say she's not a math or engineering major.

That depends a lot on her muscle mass and fat distribution. Exactly. For a girl with next to no muscle mass who does no physical activities at all, 5'5" 137 can look pretty pudgy or flabby because everything is filled out with fat instead of muscle. Keep in mind muscle is significantly denser than fat, so staying the same weight while putting on a tiny bit of muscle volume-wise replaces a much larger volume of fat. In a pretty funny coincidence (because of the identical weight), look at this pic…

I posted this in TRP a bit ago: http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s10508-012-0058-9?no-access=false The study says that men regardless of age and health have better erectile performance with a female partner the thinner her waist is and the younger she is. This comes as no surprise to me. In my definition of fake it til you make it, you're faking the confidence, success, etc, while actively and continuously making an effort to achieve it for real, hence the "until you make it." If it was just "fake it, that's good enough" I'd agree with you. As for fat girls, I may be an extreme case, but I'm actually grossed out by fat girls. I'm not sure I'd even be able to get hard. According to the actual scientific study, it's not about ratios, it's about absolute measurements. Like I said in my comment, everyone has their preferences, but this is a base rule. This article was posted by another TRP user earlier today in a different thread. I thought it deserved a post of its own. It won't come as any surprise to the folks of TRP, but it's nice being proved correct time and time again. tl;dr of the abstract: The thickness of a woman's waist and her age are negatively correlated to a man's erectile function, independent of his age and health. I used to listen to Love Line back in high school. They joked about that definition whenever rape came up. "It's purely a violent act of power. Not sexual at all. It's no different from any other violent crime where you cum at the end. Say you mug someone and beat him up then cum on the guy , that's no different than rape."

I never even considered that before. I know I want to have kids one day, but the current state of family law (and its continuous decline) was making it look like too much of a risk to take. I don't know if this is the path I'll go, but it's a relief to know there are options.

Wouldn't have faced the trials he did. A woman naturally has incentive to mitigate menstrual problems for herself and fellow women, and people would understand that even if talking publicly about it was still taboo. People ridiculed him and called him a freak (and possessed by a demon) for concerning himself with women's periods. A woman would have way more liberty with that.
/r/TheRedPill10/03/14 05:13 PM

The dude who did it was an uneducated factory laborer. He spent years working at it starting from 0 knowledge on the subject, had no training with technology or engineering, no idea how pads worked, went through hell from his friends and relatives abandoning him and ridiculing him, and pressed on. A woman would have had a way easier time.

Think about the fact that you need to think for a second to come up with examples of notable female scientists and inventions unless you have them memorized, whereas if you point to anything nearby, chances are overwhelming it was invented and/or designed by a man. Hell, there was that article on here a few days ago about that poor Indian guy who spent years developing a cheap way to manufacture pads for poor Indian women. You'd think a woman would take the initiative on that one.

If it's a temporary break from one or the other, drop fighting and keep lifting, get a better physique. You can get back into the fighting later with an even better body. Like you said, women like a man who can fight. You've already got some fight training. Getting bigger makes you more physically imposing, combined with the fight training you've already done, is even more effective both at impressing girls and keeping guys from wanting to fight you. That's my pragmatic answer.

If some woman is entitled to half a man's paycheck for 18 years by pointing her finger and claiming he fathered her child, that man should be at the very least entitled to opt for a free paternity test. A big problem is that often single mothers are poor, with poor fathers. Shelling out over $400 for the paternity test isn't possible to a lot of men.

Well there's a reason for that. A freshman in high school is relatively young, pretty much a kid, and inexperienced in life and love. I take issue with a few of these points: If you don't need it, but it would be 'nice' to have, don't buy it. This is only true if you're barely making enough to survive and put a bit away. If you're living comfortably and have a decent amount of excess money, buying luxury items can improve your happiness. You can break out of the friend zone by first stepping out of the friendship, making yourself more attractive, then after some time kind of... reintroduce yourself, and be more forward with your intentions. Reading your replies here, it seems like everything you write is pure stream of consciousness and full of typos. You blurt out your thoughts with no organization or consideration. The problem you're writing about (and the way you wrote it) tells me you do this in person as well. Think about what you're saying and organize your thoughts before you speak and that might just solve all your problems. Slow down. Learn to bite your tongue. You don't need to say everything that comes into your head. /m…

I've actually never been to a yoga class, but I know a guy who is an instructor. He's completely jacked and yoga and floor-based bodyweight exercise are the only working out he does. He's not the strongest person I know, but his body is the best aesthetically out of any guy I've known personally.

I just wanted to clarify that yoga shouldn't be seen as inherently feminine. In America it generally is dominated by women, but there are more intense yoga classes that can kick most people's asses if they're not already extremely fit, and poses most fit women can't even do. http://i.imgur.com/24ftFtJ.jpg

Actuary is a good, stable, high paying career. There is no downside aside from the fact that your peers will be generally nerdy. Playing an instrument is good, even if you're not great at it. Being skinny is better than being fat. You're starting from a much better place than most people. Most young people have no prospects in addition to being awkward and fat and untalented. Read other people's advice in the thread in terms of improvement, I just wanted to say to try and be positive. Being posi…

Every time I see RPW mentioned everyone assumes they're gender traitors, like the self-hating Jew label Israel likes to slap on any Jew who is critical of them. I also see them treated with pity, like "those poor girls in abused relationships... they even think that's what they want," Stockholm Syndrome style. Always other girls that say this. That's where you're going wrong. The problem is you assume everyone with alpha personality traits is just acting. Some people act alpha to emulate those traits in order to get laid because that's what most women actually go for. While you're right that a lot of the people who act alpha do a bad job, overcompensate, and wind up looking like sad douchebags, the real deal is out there too.

The bit on race was something I'd noticed here especially. Every sub on reddit gets called out for being racist and misogynist, and TRP gets that dial turned to 11. It's funny because we welcome posters of any color, welcome posters of any orientation, and, if the content is applicable, welcome any gender. All we want is a solid contribution to the conversation, and where it comes from doesn't matter.

I feel like that's a bit of an unfair analysis. I think it's about the quantity of alcohol and the frequency of the drinking, not what kind of drinks she has. There's like 8 beers worth of alcohol in one of those huge-ass glasses of long island iced tea, but that's a "girly drink." Some girls prefer to sip on a beer to limit consumption, or to do shots because they're more calorically efficient than any alternative. These are things to consider.

Wow, thank you for your answers! I had come into trp with very different ideas about what it is. Everything you say makes a lot of sense. Yep. Everyone seems to think TRP is a den of woman-hating rapists and predatory douches. Everything makes sense because we discuss the reality of male-female interactions after throwing political correctness out the window.

Good post. I scored 99th percentile on all my standardized testing. I used to have a superiority complex as a result when I was a teen through probably 20 or 21. Then reality hit me in the face and I realized I was smart.... and that's about it. Intelligence on its own gets me jack shit. Since then I've tried to improve myself across the board and I don't assume I'm better than anyone at any given task... except taking tests, I guess.

There are plenty of happily married RP men on here, and there are RP women over at /r/redpillwomen. This sub isn't about effecting social changes, it's about being self-aware, being aware of your society and surroundings, and acting accordingly. What you do with the knowledge is up to you. You can party it up and have a lifetime of flings, you can settle down and get married, or you can casually date indefinitely.

Things like a good personality, common interest, similar political or religious beliefs, and whatever else are desirable traits -- it's nice that a woman has these but they won't attract a man to her. If a woman is already attractive to a man (through her physical appearance) then desirable traits will make man want to possess her more, but it won't make her more attractive to him. This isn't true. I'd find a woman with a good personality significantly more attractive in a physical sense than he…

I'm not sure what to take away from this article, but it felt relevant to TRP. I guess off-topic is the best flair? Women (especially young women) have been dressing in sluttier and sluttier Halloween costumes over the years. It just seems like they use Halloween as an excuse to be as slutty as possible before resuming their normal lives where they feel they have to hide it. I thought the extreme of going naked as a "slutty slut" was pretty funny, regardless.

It's like one of those joke posts on /r/talesofprivilege... but they want to do it for real. Be 7 years old Want to try peeing standing up Caught by the urination methodology inspection officer Sent to detention for gender equality lessons
/r/MensRights30/07/13 02:59 PM

Well, it is about gender, but in this case it's true. I don't object to this ad at all. Statistically, I'm not sure about non-black children, but the majority of black children grow up without fathers. The kid in the picture is (at least half) black. That means chances are, dad is gonna bail. It might sound shitty but it's not inaccurate.
/r/MensRights29/07/13 01:35 PM

I agree with that, but I was saying that the average person would be more sexually attractive than they currently are, even we were judging on other criteria.
/r/MensRights26/07/13 07:58 PM
4

Yes it would. The attractiveness that comes from being thin is because being physically fit is a marker of health, which we look for in mates. If everyone looked physically healthy then they'd all look relatively attractive, except for some unfortunate people who are just ugly. We don't find things attractive just because they're uncommon. "Woah, that chick has an enormous nose! I want a piece of that." and "Oh my god, look how small her feet are. So hot." is not something you'd hear outside of …
/r/MensRights26/07/13 07:33 PM

If everyone were in good shape, the majority of all people would be somewhat attractive.

Afaik Tor is currently just filled with weird niche and/or illegal porn that you can't find on the regular internet. I'd be fine with all porn just migrating to Tor. It's anonymous and easy and can't be regulated by prudish lawmakers and feminists.
/r/MensRights22/07/13 03:27 PM

I wouldn't have a problem with that. In fact I'd find that preferable.

Is this an op-ed piece or an official Cosmo article? That's an important distinction to make. It's a good article either way, but it comes down to either praising the writer or praising Cosmo.

About equivalent on the barbarian scale to death for rape. I'll take it. If you steal from me while lying, you lose your right hand along with the tongue.

/r/MensRights12/07/13 02:18 AM

I'd like to see the comparison among people with similar traits at various income levels vs unreported income instead of just broken down by age. Generally good looking, obviously smart well written profile, college degree, young professional, dresses well, etc. Just a young guy who's got his stuff together and on the path to success. Now take those profiles and assign them 20k, 30k, 50k, 100k, and unreported as incomes and see how many messages each gets.

Nobody's arguing that things shouldn't be safer, I think the point of this is just to point out disparity in danger faced in the workplace by men as compared to women.

You see the single dad character every now and then in pop culture. I think Chuckie's dad on Rugrats was great, and a much deeper character than was necessary for a kid's show. He was a single dad, loved his son, wanted to be as good a role model as possible, but was also upset that there was no female figure in Chuckie's life, all while struggling with the death of his wife. And this is on a show aimed at like 4-10 year olds.

No, it can be used as that, but so can misogynist by feminists. Just because they call someone a misogynist doesn't make them a misogynist, and it's often used as a hollow insult. However, if they point out a continued pattern of discrimination against and hatred of women with proof, well then maybe calling someone a misogynist would be a valid claim. It's the same with this article. This guy is displaying a textbook white knight attitude with this article, and was called a white knight for it.

Since I've posted here the upvote/downvote ratio changed drastically. I don't care very much about karma and didn't want to/it was not my intention to incur an upvote/downvote brigade. Originally, my comment: If she's dancing in front of you she's okay with you looking. Was 4/12, and the reply to it: Dude, that's the logic rapists uses. Why can't a woman dance maybe because she wants to? Maybe they are out with a group? I am sure she isn't giving OP a lapdance in his garage all alone, man. was 8…

In addition, I can't believe the number of fat girls I've heard who think they're entitled to a fit and good looking guy without putting any effort into themselves, while simultaneously scoffing at the idea of getting with a guy who is approximately the same as them on the attractiveness scale.

Yes, and that guy is still currently in elementary school. He was probably a kid during the Clinton or Bush Sr. years. Jesus christ, it's pretty obvious she chose that job because she wanted to do it and there were other jobs available then to people with college degrees (which she obviously had or she wouldn't be a teacher).

I was under the impression that "straw feminist" was a term feminists used to discredit any criticisms of feminists or the feminist movement. A play on making a "straw man" argument. The problem is that they really exist, and it's not just a miniscule subsection of feminism either. Calling them straw feminists in my opinion downplays their significance. They exist and they are a problem and people should be aware of it.

You're forgetting something. If the woman who approached you out of the blue and said "let's fuck" had a couple of shots before approaching you, you better believe you're a rapist. She had no idea what she was doing and you took advantage of her. /s

Imagine this: a woman sitting on the shoulders of another woman, vag to the back of the neck. Now add another woman on top of the stack. And another, and another. Now take that tower and turn it on its side, then fold it into a circle and put the woman from the bottom's legs over the woman from the top's shoulders. Commence writhing.
