I'm writing a sitcom plot with this very premise-guys start wearing uber tight pants that accentuate the shit out of their balls and dick.

At one point there is a movement to make people stop staring. Once that happens, the guys, not getting the attention they once were, start hanging their balls out in the open and the cycle continues. There's a sub plot with feminist groups that become so extreme that they start wearing burkas.
